Annual sweeping and cleaning work of Shaktipuram Colony premises at MB-II, Chinyalisaur, Uttarkashi.

Daily sweeping & cleaning of all colony roads along with side pattries, parks and open places area around the residential and non residential building and disposal of garbage into dump yard as per direction of the E/I, beside the above work the item covers the daily cleaning of drain, up to 300mm size, cleaning of chocked W.C.Sheats, sewer pipes and inspection chambers, man holes first after receiving the complaints from residents immediately including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Procedure for disposal of garbage:-The biodegradable non degradable garbage shall be dumped in separate yard biodegradable garbage shall first be laid yard in form of pit, then soil shall be spreaded over it with minimum 25mm thick layers. Non degradable garbage shall be dumped in separate yard and after that accumulated dump shall be disposed off safely without effecting environment by appropriate means. Frequency of sweeping - Daily approximate sweeping area - 30558 sqm, Frequency of cleaning drains, daily, approximate length of drain - 2360 m (One job is execution of above work for one month )

Weekly Cleaning of drains of depth more than 300 mm including disposal of waste, refuges, sludge by Appropriate means without affecting environment including washing and cleaning by clear water completely. Rates include cost of all necessary arrangement with required T&P etc. required for proper completion of work .

Cleaning of septic tanks including disposal of waste, refuse, sludge as per direction of E/I including all cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Cleaning of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation's grass ,bush, wood, trees and sapling at girth up to 30 cms. Measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m, out side the periphery of area cleared. including drying and safe firing without affecting the surrounding including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Disposal of dead bodies of big animals like buffallow, cow etc from colony area and dump the same after excavating the pit and sprinkling the salt in sufficient quantity, refilling the pit , including supply the all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. Same as item no - 6 above but small animals for dogs and cats etc including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (None schedule item )

Deployment of one no Beldar for Miscellaneous work in common area of colony premises for 12 months

Providing garbage Vehicle attached compact loud speaker for collect the garbage daily in every houses of nigam permises and dump the same in dumping yard as per instruction of Eng-in Charge.

Providing and Engagung Mosquito fog machine for 6hr in a Day at colony area including labour, Material,T&P Etc compliete in all respect

To catch the wild Monkey in cage and keep them safely as per direction of Forest officer.
