Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc all as specified and direced.

M & L for Cement concrete work in pavement / hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 200 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements, by brooming. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Polythene film, black, 50micron laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Sand filling under paver blocks for cushion Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement pigment to match, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade, finished with grey cement and pigment, complete all as directed.

All as per above Except Interlocking tiles including filling with sand cushioning (where ever required) including levelled with Existing tiled surfaces Complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Sand and PCC shall be paid and measured Separtely).

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting or polycarbonate sheet, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering, cladding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain/corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bird proofing net of 100% virgin Nylon mono filament net made of around +/- 0.80 yarn in 32mm square mesh and having yarn breaking strength appx. 23 Kgs per yarn having ultra violet stabilized for hangar fixed & complete all as per manufacturer's instruction.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) New mesh will be provided after painting of ceiling/repairingwk of ceiling). (ii) Necessary scaffolding/Crane/T&P required are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & fix 2mm thick clear embossed/opal white polycarbonate sheet with UV stabilizer having atleast 60% minimum light emission for sky lighting as per relevant IS including side/end laps with sealant complete all as specified.

M&L for Cleaning the hanger doors movment system including rollers, guide wheels, shaft and rails, rails (64 Rm) wheels (128 No's) channel 64 Rm, cleaning all dirt, rust, grease with WD 40 or Zorric and Greasing with lithium grease and oiling for smooth fuctioning complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or terrazzo from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L Squared rubble walling with Porbandar stone masonary in CM 1:6 brought to courses, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of Porbandar stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for two coats of cement paint over chalk whitening primer over preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M&L for Painting line, dashes arrows on Apron, Dispersal or taxiway etc. including necessary preparation n.exc 30 cm wide with epoxy polyurethane paint marking in white/orange/yellow colour over primer. All as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Making good pot holes in existing cement concrete pavements by cutting out portion around the pot holes with mechanical equipment into regular shape of any size 20 to 25mm deep, removing the loose material to a distance exc 250m but n exc 1 Km and cleaning the cut out portion with compressed air to remove all foreign materials like dust, dirt, aggregates etc., priming the proposed pot holes with epoxy resin primer and filling with epoxy resin mortar in repair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for forming 20mm thick expansion joint (grade'B') filled with HD 100 filler applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board for complete width of joint, provn of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 25mm dia, filled with polyethylene sealant (min depth of sealant above back up rod shall be 12mm) complying with BS-5212, priming the sides and applying masking tape after sealant applied,for thickness of concrete slab 300mm complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

M&L for forming construction Joints (grade 'B') 30mm deep and 10mm wide, (using diamond cutter) and sealed with polyethylne sealant complying with BS-5212 and priming the sides,provn of closed cell polyethylene line back up rod 12mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant applied complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for forming contraction Joints (dummy joints) (Grade 'B') 65mm deep and 10mm wide,(using diamondcutter)and sealed with polyethylne sealant complying with BS-5212 and priming the sides,provn of closed cell polyethylene line back up rod 12mm dia and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant applied complete all as specified and directed.
