Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) in all leads and lifts.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete in all leads and lifts.

Finishing Walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 Itr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) in all leads and lifts.

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work in all leads and lifts.

Painting Wood Work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture in all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel Work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture in all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) coat with cement primer in all leads and lifts.
