The work comprises inspection of each fire damper's electro-thermal/electro-mechanical actuator, checking and rectification of loose, damaged or incorrectly wired connections between the actuator, the damper's fusible link/smoke detector, and the fire alarm control panel, taking the fire signal from the respective fire zone module, replacement of damaged wiring, terminals, relays or actuator components as found necessary, and verification of the damper's fail-safe closing action upon simulated fire/smoke signal from the fire panel. Each damper shall be tested for smooth manual reset after closure, correct blade seating for smoke/fire-tight closure, and correct signal feedback (open/close status) to the fire panel/BMS, where provided. A record of testing for each of the approximately 28 dampers shall be maintained and submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge. Rate shall be inclusive of wiring, connectors, minor spares, labour, testing instruments and coordination with the fire alarm system, treated as one lot covering all dampers, complete as required, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 1 | Lot | 100 | ₹100 |

The work comprises isolation of the instrument, removal from its tapping/mounting point, inspection for physical damage, dial/needle malfunction, bourdon tube leakage in the case of pressure gauges, or sensor drift/broken capillary in the case of thermostats and temperature sensors, repair using genuine or compatible spare parts including glass, needle, bourdon element, sensing bulb, capillary tubing and terminal connectors as applicable, followed by calibration against a certified reference standard across the full operating range. Where repair is found not feasible, the instrument shall be replaced with a new unit of identical range, accuracy class and connection size, subject to approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. After calibration or replacement, the instrument shall be refitted at its original location complete with isolation valve/pocket, leak-tested where applicable, and functionally verified against actual system readings. Rate shall be inclusive of spares, calibration charges, labour, testing instruments and making good, complete per instrument as required, all complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 12 | Each | 100 | ₹1,200 |
| 4 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) protective coating over the condenser water pipe of various sizes running in the cooling tower area and plant room of the Exhibition Centre, for approximately 210 running metres of pipe of various diameters, to arrest external corrosion and extend the service life of the piping. The work comprises surface preparation of the existing pipe by wire brushing/grinding to remove rust, scale and loose paint down to a sound metal surface, application of a suitable anti-corrosive base coat and primer paint compatible with the FRP system, followed by application of FRP coating comprising resin-impregnated glass fibre mat/cloth wrapped and laminated over the pipe surface in the requisite number of layers to achieve adequate coating thickness and mechanical strength, with special attention to pipe joints, bends, supports and flange faces. The coating shall be cured as per the resin manufacturer's recommendation and finished with a smooth, pinhole-free, weather and chemical resistant surface. Rate shall be inclusive of all materials (resin, glass fibre mat, primer, base paint), consumables, scaffolding, labour and tools, treated as one lot for the approximate pipe length specified, complete as required, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 1 | Lot | 100 | ₹100 |
| 5 | Repairing and restoring the existing old cooling tower(s) to proper serviceable condition, including sealing of leaks in the Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) cold water basin, to eliminate water loss and restore efficient heat rejection performance. The work comprises draining down and thorough cleaning of the cooling tower basin, fill media, drift eliminators and casing to remove algae, scale and debris, detailed inspection to locate cracks, punctures, delamination or leakage points in the FRP basin and casing panels, surface preparation of the affected areas by grinding/roughening, and repair using compatible FRP resin, glass fibre mat/chopped strand and gel coat, laminated in layers to achieve a sound, leak-proof and structurally adequate patch, properly cured and finished flush with the surrounding surface. Damaged/corroded fasteners, gaskets and access door seals shall be replaced. Fan blades, motor, gearbox, fill media and the float valve shall be checked and serviced/adjusted for smooth operation. After repair, the basin shall be filled and checked for leak-tightness, and the tower run-tested for correct water flow, drift and fan operation. Rate shall be inclusive of materials, labour, tools and testing, complete per each cooling tower as required, all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. | 3 | Each | 100 | ₹300 |
| 6 | Supply and replacement of air filters for all Air Handling Units (AHU) and Cassette/Ceiling Handling Units (CHU) installed at the Convention Centre, comprising removal of existing choked/damaged filter media (pre-filters of washable/synthetic non-woven fabric, 10-micron average efficiency, and fine filters as applicable) from the filter section of each unit, and supply and fixing of new filters of matching size, micron rating and efficiency class (EU3/G3 for pre-filter and EU5/F5 for fine filter, or as existing), duly fitted in the filter frame/track with proper gasket sealing to prevent bypass air leakage. The work includes cleaning of filter housing, frame and mounting channel prior to fixing the new filter, checking of the filter clamping arrangement, and visual/manometric verification of pressure drop across the filter after installation. Old and discarded filters shall be removed from site and disposed of as per site instructions.
