ROOFING

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required

PAINTING WORKS

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers specifications:Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin?charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

Supplying and Installation of 24000 liters (4m*3m*2m) gross capacity GRP/ SMC panel water tank confirming to IS 14399, up to 5th floor height, with Hot dip galvanized (HDG) steel skid base. The GRP/SMC panels made up of Glass-fibre Reinforced Thermoset Polyester, which is hot pressed and compression moulded by heat and pressure. The steel skid base should be made by ISMC 75*40 and ISA 65*65*6 steel sections, placed over RCC wall of minimum 600mm height and 150 mm width at equal intervals of 1m c/c. The tank should have HDG vertical side supporting clamps externally at every 1 m intervals for avoiding welded joints and necessary Tie rods of M12 for holding the side supporting clamps. A water level indicator made up of aluminium with brass nozzle and clear tube need to be considered. The rate inclusive of water tank, HDG steel skid base plate, installation charges, freight charges, for drilling holes, unloading, shifting, ladders, testing of water tank etc., except the RCC foundation/support required. The SMC/GRP panel should be externally stiffened and should not have any steel member which is in contact with water. Also the external steel members should be Hot Dip Galvanized not painted. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 5 years against any leakage. Specifications: Panel flange thickness: Min 100 mm & central wall thickness: not less than 6 mm, All SMC/GRP panels are designed, manufactured and tested to withstand the hydrostatic pressure as per IS 14399: Part -1. All the panel joints will be properly sealed with non-toxic PVC foam sealant gasket. M12 x 45 HDG nuts and bolts are to be used as fasteners for jointing the panels. The manhole panel should be 600 mm diameter clearance with lockable lid, Air vent should be covered with mosquito proof mesh.
