Schedules of Works

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, canopies, deck slab and shelves and like complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Use and waste of formwork (flat concreted surface) to soffits of suspended slabs as in roof slab, landing, deck slab and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for, 18- 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platforms and other similar locations.

Making hole through kitchen cooking platform including RCC slab suitable for inserting gas stove pipe complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removal of debris out of premises complete all as specified and directed.
