Earth work in excavation in soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90. Excavation with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections including all lifts and combined lead upto 30 Mtr.CSR Item No.6.19

Supply & Erection of indoor type MCCB enclosure of suitable size having provision for MCCB with extended rotary handle. The Enclosure shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, confirming to IS 8623/1977-82. The door should be double folded without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement. The Enclosure door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. The Enclosure will be wall mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc. The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7/9 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work:-

SHEET METAL BUS BAR CHAMBERS (COPPER STRIPS): CSR 34.20

Supply and erection of sheet metal bus- bar chamber (factory fabricated) duly powder coated on existing surface with required 4Nos. of tin plated copper bus- bar strips of suitable length and cross- sectional area mounted on DMC/ SMC moulds at sufficient distance, enclosure made of M.S. sheet 1.6mm thick with hinged cover and lock, fitted with dust excluding gaskets and secured with sufficient no. of cadmium plated iron screws and of given overall dimensions and to be fixed with G.I. bolts and nuts/ rag bolts and nuts etc. complete with all accessories including connections with suitable size of thimbles, bonding to the existing earth and painting etc. as desired by the Engineer-in-charge at site:

CUBICAL PEDESTAL:

Supply and erection of Sheet metal cubical pedestal made from 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle iron frame with 5 sides welded & covered with MS sheet 2mm thick & front side hinged with 4" hinges & locking system with single/ double door openable placed on MS strip of size 12.5mm x 2.5mm thick welded with MS sheet, 4Nos. legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle iron each of 600mm long with MS sheet 100mmx100mmx6mm thick at the bottom end of the legs. Front door welded x-sectionally with MS flat 25mmx5mm. The front side with MS sheet each 75mm wide & a bend of 75mm width outwards & inwards on all sides with tappered top 200mm high and pedestal with 4 Nos. supporting members each of MS flat 50mmx6mm thick according to cubical size duly welded & complete pedestal to be painted with 1 coat of red oxide & 2 coats of paint & bonding to the existing earth. The Pedestal platform should be filled with 1:2:4 cement concrete mixture and erected 150mm high from the top of the cement concrete platform. The job is to be completed as approved by Engineer-in-charge:-

Supply Instalation testing & commissioning of Advance Lightning Protection System Lightning Arrestor - ESELA 1.5 ESE Lightning Arrester- Model 1.5 An advance non-electronics lightning protection system ESE Air terminal as per standard NF C 17-102 leve-4. It shall work on Advanced Early Steamer Emission (ESE) principle and generation of streamer in through corona effect. it shall be made of stainless steel central capture head of 316L. The system should be so designed to be capable of protecting against direct lightning points as well as conducting/diverting it to Earth completely after tracing the lightning in advance also necessary accessories. Radius of Protection- 107mtr top of the building. NS

S/E of Mast : Supply of GIMA 5.0 5 meter GI Mast with Guying & all connecting accessories, for mounting of ESE Lightning Arrester. NS

Supply Installation testing & commissioning of Lightning Strike Recorder (LSC-7) 7-Digit Lightning strike counter non-resettable type to record the lightning current. NS

Supply & erection of Chemical low resistance and maintain Earthing Electrode (Growth make) Copper Bonded Rod (Follow UL spects 250-300 micron 99% Electrolyte copper)17.2mm dia & 3 Mtr. System and should be corrosion resistance and rated in high fault current with hold temperature not less than 700 degree celsius along with 50 kg Ground Resistance Improvement Powder (Back Fill Compound). Set of 3 earthings. NS

Providing Test Link with Poly-Carbonate box of suitable size, with IP 55 & copper bus bars as required. NS
