M&L Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed with gray cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over and including 20mm thick screed bed 1:6 CM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm with broken stone and boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade made with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement ceramic tile (min size 300 x 300 mm) and 8 to 10 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone agg,complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165)complete all as specified as directed. Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type and of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing any size any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked/ chocked CI pipe line of 100 mm dia from WC to gully trap, manhole or from cleaning eyes in any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line including removing of sludge/ waste to low lying areas within 200 m distance and buring the same properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar 1:4 as where required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking off existing cover of septic tank, cesspool, soakwell, soakpit or manhole and Cleaning of septic tank including connecting chamber by pumping out sludge water incl taking out mud sludges from tank to remove a distance exc 50 mtr and not exc 100 mtr, placed in the trenches not less than 01 miter deep from ground level and incl refilling the trenches with excavated earth to cover sludges placed, all as directed by Engineer in charge Note : Excavation of trenches and disposal of surplus soil as deemed to be included in the quoted rates however qty of sludge and slude water in septic tank will be measured and paid.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth for cesspit, manhole etc,and getting out soft/loose soil even in foul position complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) salt glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar incl demolition and breaking up of existing drain pipe (SGSW/PVC/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia of pipe 150 mm complete all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) salt glazed stoneware drain pipe grade ‘A’ laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar incl demolition and breaking up of existing drain pipe (SGSW/PVC/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia of pipe 100 mm complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in copping, benching of manhole / drain slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed incl finish the surfaces smooth without using extra cement incl demolition of unrenforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparation of new surfaces of walls and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm PVC (SWR) multi floor trap with grating including jointing with solvent cement including dismentling of old one and making the surface good complete all as specified.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, hard standing, plinth protection etc 75 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate bays n exc 2.50 Sqm and joints filled with mastic filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Precast cement concrete as in cover slab for man hole and similar article with plain face. Set in cement mortar 1:4 incl demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in cover slabs of manhole or septic tank, soak pit all as directed.

M&L for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
