Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations colour finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of truss/frame work shall be paid separately). 0.71 mm, Aluminium Color coated troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width1092 mm, cover width 1000mm.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :one or more coats on old work

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre leadas per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works

Providing Beldar Service for 8 hours service in a day or part as per requirement to carry out the works as directed by the Engineer in charge (DSR Labour rate item 0114 + 15% C.P.)

Topiary cutting/shapping of plant removing of cut materials, cleaning, hoeingof plants complete design hoeing of trees (Topiary) watering manure etc.(excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge. Height of Topiary above 120 cm

Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn / Garden area and keep it neat and cleanby mechanized method / manually, remove litter,debries, picking of leaves ,papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in dustbin/ designated place, as per direction of officer -in- charge (All T & P, materials/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) For Other Prime Area

Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge .

Providing and fixing Bamboo jaffery/ fencing consisting of superior quality 25 mm dia (Average) half cut bamboo placed vertically and fixed together with three numbers horizontal running members of hollock wood in scantling of section 50X25 mm, fixed with nails and G.I wire on existing support complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and displaying of Raphis palm specimen having ht. 1.50 m to 1.65 m with 40 to 50 lush green suckers, well developed, fresh & healthy foliage leaves in 40 cm size of Earthen Pot/Chali/Tray & as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Hiring Charges of JCB/Crane for 1 hours. Per day including all T&P, labour as required for proper completion of work.

Providing Fruit Bearing plants including cost of plant,cartage etc.

Providing Service of Mali for per day.

First Class for making Kyari laid dialgonally, including excavtion,refilling, consolidation with hand packing
