Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density/ standard compaction, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge
Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.
2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2mm size respectively per 100m2 and 52kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per m3 of stone chippings of 13.2mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately)
Laying cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling thejoints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.
Disposing of surplus earth debris of excavation after refilling including loading, unloading and stacking.
Supplying, stacking and laying quarry muck consisting of pebbles of various sizes (maximum nominal size not to exceed 60mm) and quarry dust including cost and conveyance of quarry muck and labour charges for consolidation to improve the bearing capacity of soil wherever necessary.
Dismantling concrete muffing (0.45x0.45x1.5m) inclusive of cost of all material (as per specification).
Horizontal directional drilling for Laying 160mm,8PN,100PE HDPE and 40mm, 8kgf/cm2 HDPE pipe in a single bore in all classes of soil for laying cable and OFC including all charges for the hire charges of machinery, surveying the site for collecting information about under ground utilities, sensing the existing utilities using suitable sensing equipments, restoring the damages occurred if any, supplying and laying HDPE pipes(160mm 8PN,100PE and 40mm,8kgf/cm2) through the single hole and all sundry expenses etc. complete at the locations specified by the dept. officers.
Transporting lattice tower parts and connected accessories including loading and unloading charges etc as directed by the departmental officers to an average distance of 5kM by lorry.
Drilling holes of dia 32mm or nearest size dia on hard rock where anchoring is found necessary to accommodate anchor bars/stubs including hire charges of machinery, T&P, pilot vehicle to carry other materials, grouting charges etc. complete.
