Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job. (Item code 2.13)
Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport like Tata Mobile upto a lead of 24 Km per trip.
Complete rewinding of 3-phase 980 RPM 60HP Horizontal motor by standard specific 879gauge of copper wire required for 60HP motor. Approximate wt 31kgs.
Varnishing, impregnation and drying of stator windings of LT motor with standard quality varnish (Becks or any other reputed make) along with proper tapings, etc. as per requirement. (excluding dismantling/ refitting charges) of motor.
Assembling of all motor parts, coupling and alignment with pump, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load.
Deduct cost of old scrap extracted from the equipment.( 80% or as per actual).
Providing and fitting of bearings of No. 6316 (02 No.) complete after removal of old damaged one by required tools. The job also includes complete greasing/lubrication of bearings. Make: NBC/ ARB/ ZKL/ equivalent domestic.
