MAINTENANCE TO AIR CONDITIONING, WATER COOLERS, REFRIGERATOR AND ALLIED SERVICES UNDER GE VARSHA VISAKHAPATNAM

M&L for Servicing/repairing of the water coolers of capacity 40/40, 120/80 ltr & 120/150 ltr from its existing position and refixing of the same after repairing including/cleaning filter removing internal dust by using Jet spray air blower and vacuum cleaner, oiling, greasing & water servicing wherever required including checking / testing after completion all as specified and as directed. Note : Unserviceable/defective items which are required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

All as item No 1.00 here-in -before but for Split type AC 1.5 ton/2 ton capacity.

M&L for Finding the leakage in refrigerant system by nitrogen pressure test etc and rectifying the leakage by brazing,welding including installation and complete testing of the Water cooler of capacity 40/40 ltr, 120/80 ltr & 120/150 ltr all as specified and directed. Note: (i)The necessary nitrogen required for leak test deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) The refrigerant gas reqd will be paid under relevant item of BOQ.
