Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, Jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock, conglomerated rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil, chieseling work and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing out watering/dewatering upto any lift, stacking the excavated soil upto any lead from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layer when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen millimetre ) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement: Six sand : Twelve graded crushedstone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre ) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying upto floor two level cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two Sand :four graded stone aggregate 20mm( twenty milimetre) nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement in Moulding as in cornices, window sills etc. not exceeding 15cm. in girth.within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course 38mm( Thirty eight millimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement : two Sand :four graded stone aggregate 12.5mm( Twelve point five zero milimetre) nominal size and curing complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course to horizontal surface with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) 20mm ( twenty milimetre) thick and curing complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100( eighty / hundred) or equivalent) using 1.70 kg.( One point seven zero kilogramme) per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil complete within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mechanically mixed and vibrated (One cement: One and half sand :three graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm. 15mm (Fifteen millimetre ) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering for all floor level including arrises,internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles upto any girth and finished even and smooth in Cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : four sand ) within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete. within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth including priming coat with distemper primer within all leads and lift including carriage of material in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
