Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Removal of coir flooring mattress, vacuum cleaning the area and stacking the removed pieces of mattress within the building premises, to be disposed off, including the cost of disposal of removed mattress, and all incidental charges thereof, including all labour, material charges and T&P charges.

Polishing the existing terrazzo tile flooring to get a smooth glossy surface in the following steps.1. Cleaning the surface by watering and grinding evenly with machine fitted with rapid cutting grit blocks (carborundum stone) of coarse grade (no. 60) till terrazzo chips are evenly exposed and the floor is smooth.2. After first grinding, washing thoroughly the surface to remove all grinding mud and covering with grout of cement and colouring pigment in same mix and proportion as topping to fill holes, cracks and chases already cut for taking cables.

3. Allowing surface to dry for 24 hours and giving sufficient wet curing and second grinding with machine fitted with fine grit blocks (no.120), 4. Repairing the surface as in step 2 and allowing sufficient curing, 5. Third grinding with machine fitted with finer grade grit blocks, 6. Dusting over the surface oxalic acid @ 33 gm per square metre sprinkled with water and rubbing hard with a nemdah block (Pad of Woolen rags) and wiping after 24 hours with moist rag and drying with soft cloth.(no.320) to get even smooth surface without pin holes.(Removed coir mattress shall be disposed as per municipal byelaws)

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in: Channels, angles, tees and flats

Providing and fixing in required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite stone slab of matching shade with existing granite and thickness 18 mm - Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

Providing and fixing in required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Dismantling terrazzo/cement plaster skirting of height upto 20 cm by mechanical chiseling and cutting, including removing the mortar backing completely, and mechanically scouring the bearing surface to make it rough, and stocking the debris within the building premises for disposal. (measured in running metres of skirting removed in the above manner).

Dismantling false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 7 mm thick PVC false ceiling on aluminium sections hung from ceiling by MS hanging rods. (Aluminium sections and MS hanging rods to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work consisting of hollow rectangular sections (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) placed at 60 cm C/C along the joint direction or width direction of false ceiling, with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, connecting the new sections to existing section by cleats or by overlapping and screwing, and fixing the new frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing 6 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and stainless steel expandable dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Dismantling vertical cable duct covering of dimension 51 cm x 55 cm x 410 cm (height), made out of 1 mm thick iron sheet, after unscrewing the panels from framework, dismantling the metal framework and stacking the metal framework and dismantled sheet within the building premises.

ACP work using 3 mm ACP sheets in approved colour and pattern using countersunk sheet screws on aluminium framework made out of 25 mm x 38 mm hollow sections, and sealing joints, with approved sealant all complete. Framework to be paid for separately.

Providing and fixing aluminium work consisting of Anodized aluminium hollow rectangular sections (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) 25 mm x 38 mm placed peripherally and at 900 mm cross spacing, as well as at joints of sheets and fixing the new frame work to walls or columns or truss work with concrete screws.

Providing and laying 2 mm thick PVC sheet flooring of make Challenger ® or equivalent brand in approved colour in the following steps. 1. Cleaning the existing floor surface thoroughly to remove any dirt, dust or grease.2. Applying contact adhesive like synthetic rubber adhesive Fevicol SR 505 or equivalent on the existing flooring surface as well as the backing of flooring sheet, in thin layers using putty blade, and allowing the adhesive to dry.3. Pressing down PVC sheet against glue-laid flooring progressively without allowing air bubble-entry, ensuring uniform contact, and providing 24 hour curing time without any contact pressure on the surface. The rate is inclusive of all material including the flooring sheet, glue and the labour charges for fixing flooring sheet.

Removing existing PVC flooring, by first prying off quarter round trim at junctions with flat end of pry bar, then prying the sheet starting along the wall edges, after cutting the damaged area with a blade, and proceeding by applying sufficient peeling force, and tenacious hard scrapping, intermittently making effort to separate the vinyl from base floor by prying with flat end of pry bar, and using hammer if required.

Dismantling ACP cladding including stacking the ACP panels and supporting aluminium frame within the building premises.

Dismantling cement board partition including stacking the boards and supporting frame work sections within the building premises.

Supplying and fixing sun control film of thickness 1.5 mils in dark black or blue shade over glazing.

Aluminium partition work for fixed partition using available aluminium sections. The rate is inclusive of supply of screws and cleats and EPDM gaskets required for connecting sections and fixing, and conveyance of aluminium sections from exchange buildings to site within lead of 10 km.

Supply of semi skilled labour for carrying out emergency works, as and when required. The works shall be not be of such nature requiring skilled labour. The labour shall be employed with specific approval of the engineer-in-charge and shall be entered in a labour register specifically kept for the purpose. Measurement shall count only instances of such labour employed for items not included in this schedule, and not considered in the analysis of any extra item that may incur during the course of work.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
