OD1794/2025-2026:Providing and fixing of DLP board for Running contract work with N 011-ret:ro-reflectorised Vinyl sign with 1 years warranty manufactured Vinyl Printed sheeting fixed over aluminum sheeting 2 mm thick/ aluminium composit material sheeting 4 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqrn, with suitable back supporting frame of MS angle 40x40x6 and supported on GI pipe pole 50mm NB confirming to IS 1239 firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete min size 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including painting all exposed surface with 2 coats of epoxy painting over epoxy primer and as per approved drawing and clause 801 including lettering symbols etc.

OD1793/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Vinyl sticker with 1 years warranty including lettering and symbols for existing DLP board 1.22* 0.61 m size including painting all exposed surface with two coat of epoxy painting etc complete.

OD1802/2025-2026:Conducting and Reporting Routine Inspections for the entire length of the Project Road frequency of 7 days throughout the agreement period of the Running Contract as directed by the departmental officers at site Additional RI may be required in response to reports of complaints from the police, other authorities and the public as a result of major incidents, typhoon or flooding damages etc and are not measurable/ payable. A proportion of the RI should be carried out either during or immediately following a period of we weather.

8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.

55.38a:Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on Structural Steel c section vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of structural steel c section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811.3.
