5.3 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

6.1 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.1 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

9.13 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. 6.13.2 Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).

(Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). 9.5.1 Second class teak wood 9.5.1.1 35 mm thick shutters.

9.9 Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 9.9.1 Second class teak wood 9.9.1.1 35 mm thick.

10.3 Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm size, with top and bottom rail of T- iron 40x40x6 mm, with 40 mm dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

13.4 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 13.4.2 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

13.5 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 13.5.2 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

10.16 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16.3 Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

12.1 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 12.1.3 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2.
