Taking out old cork sheet Top Cover gasket of transformer of 100 KVA to 250 KVA and Supply & fix new super quality gasket of 4mm thickness including making smooth finish of new gasket checking fo leakage complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Gasket shall be replaced at no extra cost if leakage found after replcement of gasket.

Diconnecting & taking out old unserviceable LV bushings complete from transformer of 100 KVA to 250 KVA/100 KVA servo stabilizer and Supply and fix new LV bushings set of three with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the LV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Silica gel for existing transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of dielectric strength of transformer oil of indoor/outdoor type transformer, 11KV/433Volt and indoor voltage stabilizer of capacity 10KVA to 250KVA 433Volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, impurities and improving di-electic strength to above 40 KV for 1 minute including new transformer oil for toping up & testing after filtration complete as specified and directed. (Note: Transformer oil will be measured & paid seperately.)

Supply and toping of transformer oil with 40KV di-electric strength Transformer and Servo voltage stabilizer Oil conforming to IS 335 of 1993 complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 31.00 & 32.00 :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.
