Annual comprehensive maintenance, servicing and petty repair of 2 nos. Bed Cum Passengers Lift (One no. Otis make & One no. Bharat Elevator make) of Microprocessor based V3F Controlled with the help of Skilled Mechanic equipped with all sorts of tools and tackles for restoring breakdown call and maintenance incl. supply and fixing of petty mechanical items as and when require and as per direction of E.I.C and as per attached Terms & Conditions. (Rate should be quoted per Lift per month basis) (Quantity = 12 months x 2 nos. Lift = 24)
Charges for one calendar month for providing Lift Operator / Attendant for routine operation of Bed Cum Passenger Lift with the help of Lift Operator (Semi Skilled) for round the clock i.e. for 3 (Three) shift. (Rate should be quoted per Lift per month basis for three shift) (Quantity = 12 months x 2 nos. Lift = 24)
