Note : The rates quoted allow for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp insulation etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets of any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 4 mm Thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster ,terrazzo /dado on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick in CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or plastered or unplastered and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hard wood (sal) in timber scantling (clean sawn) as in framed work, roof truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with one coat of creosote complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and as directed.
