Supply and erection of 6 meter 100 mm nominal dia medium class GI pipe of TATA make or equivalent with top sealed with GI plate and welded with bottom plate of approved thickness and necessary holes including securing the same in proper plumb to the terrace with use of 4 nos dash fastners 10 mm x 150mm or any appropreate size and fixing of necessary fixtures all complete as directed by the engineer incharge. ( cost of top / bottom plates, necesssary fixtures and cost of lifting the pipe to terace will be paid seperately)

Lifting of 4 to 6 meter 100 mm nominal dia medium class GI pipe of with its welded fixtures to the terrace of up to 5 floor of any building with utmost care and saftey precautions all complete as directed by the enginer incharge

Extra for Lifting of 4 to 6 meter 100 mm nominal dia medium class GI pipe of with its welded fixtures to the terrace of buildings beyond floor 5 to any floor above 5th floor terrace with utmost care and saftey precautions all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing cement concrete pedestal of size 600x600x750 mm or any size as directed by engineer incharge to roof top pole structure at the terrace of up to G+13 floor building with utmost care and saftey precautions including cost of centering, shuttering, applying water proof paint at junction of new concrere and terrace, finishing with 2 or more coat of exterior emulsion paint etc : (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse manufactured sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded sections, using GI flat and GI plate for use as base plate and climbing ladder to be nut bolted as D clamps to the 100 mm GI pipe including providing necessary holes and using GI nut bolts to clamp the same all complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing copper lightening arrester made of 25mm. dia hollow tube of wall thickness not less than 1.6 mm (approximate length 1.0 m.) including thinning the bottom portion of the spike for a length not less than 150 mm with necessary provosions to make connections to the connecting copper wire all complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing PVC green colour insulated / sheated XLP copper unarmoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade 1 of 50 square mm for connecting the lightening arrester with the available earth strip with necessary connectors and nut bolts all complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.
