Manufacturing of Fly ash bricks of size (230mm x 110mm x 70mm) using Egg laying bricks manufacturing machine (860 Model fly ash brick plant) as per IS 12894-2002 including cost and conveyance of all materials such as crusher dust, gypsum @2 kg per bag of cement (except cost of cement, fly ash and seignorage charges), labour charges, stacking charges, curing, maintenance charges such as servicing charges of the equipment, cost of the consumables such as hydraulic oil, grease but excluding cost of spares, all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Composition of fly ash bricks by volume - Fly Ash: 50%, Crusher dust: 40%, Cement: 10%) (Cement will be issued by the department free of cost at KTPP stores & Fly ash will be issued free of cost at silos). (Note: 1. Cost of spares will be paid as per rules as supplementals and the repairs shall be taken up as and when required to avoid delay in the work; 2. The bricks shall be tested as per relevant standards at contractors own cost and minimum compressive strength shall not be less than 50 kg/sq.cm)
