Internal Electrification

Item No 01 : M&L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories. heavy duty ISI marked after chasing in wall / ceiling etc, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with inner frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for the following:-

Item No 03 : All as per item No. 02 but using multistranded copper conductor 4 Sq mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked for AC point including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL, providing 3.0mm thick MS Sheet Valve Pit Cover, welded with 40 x 5mm Flat iron Frame alround incl provn of Hinges, handle and locking arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6mm Angle iron Frame fixed on top of valve Pit by means of Holdfast 150mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 block of size 230 x 200 x 100mm, applying two coats of Anti-corrosive paint over a coat of Red Oxide Primer to steel surfaces including necessary Earth work in soil complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

External Electric Supply

Item No 18: S&F Juction Box for street Lights of size 300 x 250 x 150 mm made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick totally enclosed, dusst and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 42 protection single leaf shutter in front having proper locking aggangements, and painted with powder coating paint and suitable size of "connectwell" stud teriminal (provision for socket bolting) 05 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps - 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts complete all as specified.

Item No 19: S&F Cable route indicator/Marker made up of PCC Block in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) of size 900 x 300 x 100 mm thick with "DANGER/11 KV CABLE / MES OR DANGER/11 KV HT JOINT / MES" embossing on cable route indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 : S&F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) of size 900 x 300 x 100 mm thick with "DANGER / LT CABLE /MES OR DANGER/ 1100 VOLTS / MES" embossing on cable route indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 21 : Material and labour for boring hole under the road/pavment/hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA working pressure not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge at site. Note:- the cost of HDPE pipe shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Item No 22 : Supply, install, test and commission step down transformer, outdoor type, and conforming to IS 1180:2014, plinth mounted, HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 100 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The Transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil IS 335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated oil etc, complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following accessories :-

(a) One cable box on primary HV side having cable glands suitable for OH conductor(consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers). (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (c) Oil conservator tank with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (f) One No 100mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device.

(g) Rating plate with terminal markings. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6m GI eath strip. (j) Oil Level gauge. (k) Oil drain and filter valves. (l) Oil filler hole with cap/plug with connections complete. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Air relief valve plug. (o) Four plan solid cast steel detachable rollers. (p) First fill of fresh oil conforming to relvant IS and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength upto top of core. (q) Extra bushing for neutal outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral.

(r) Provision of 2 Nos danger notice boards 250 x 200mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick MS plate, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures of vltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, one at HT side and other on LT side. (s) Any other fittings/accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to IS-1180 Part-I:2014. (t) Construction of Plinth of size 2.0mx 2.0mx1.5m for transformer, using 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete, fly ash brick masonry in CM 1:6, the top of the plinth shall consist of 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over compacted moorum filling, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick surface and supply & spread 25 cm thick stone aggregates of size 12.5 mm all around upto and including 1.5 m from the edge of the plinth including Gate and fencing with angle iron post in lieu of RCC post complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Item No 23: Supplying, fabrication, installation and testing of LT panel out door type factory made CPRI approved water and vermin proof, protection of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 400 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40X40X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizonatal sides of the frame with front and back side openable, single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE : Rate of earthwork and PCC work are deemed to be inclusive in this item. (Near JCO Club)

Item No 24 : Supply and installation of automatic power factor correction (APFC) panel factory made of 35 KVAR capacity ready to use design conforming to relevant IS rated for short circuit rating of 50 KA, front oprnable and lockable by keys having louvers and aire vent, gasket and totally vermin proof and suitable for 415 /440 volts, 3 phase 50Hz, CA and housed in elegant enclosure fabricated of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet anti corrosive coating to achieve power factor from 0.9 to 0.99 and finally powder coated in texture seimens gray RAL 7032 & as directed by Engineer - in - Charge comprising of and including following including suitable size and length of copper conductor cable from main panel to APFC panel for connections as approved complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 100 Amp capacity for phase and neutral copper bus bar duly insulated with colour coated heat shrinakable sleeves and mounted on suitable DMC/epoxy insulators. (b) A set of heavy duty capacitor type MPPH box type, 440 volts. With output steps of 35 KVAR capacity capacitor bank in steps of with 5 steps (2 x 10 KVAR + 3 x 5 KVAR) in any configuration to accommodate alll possible set ups. (c) MCB's TP, 'C' series, 415 volts, off sizes with required numbers and suitable ratings as per the capacity of capacitors.

(n) Indicator lamp LED based with lamp holder as per requirement and as approved. (p) Current transformer (CT) of ratiio 250/5 A, measuring class accuracy 0.50 to 1.0 for capacity panel. Item No 25: Supplying, fabrication, installation and testing of semi-concealed type LT wall mounted panel in door type factory made CPRI approved water and vermin proof, protection of size 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 300 mm (over all dimension) made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 40 mm X 40 mm X 5mm frame front openable, single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed.

OUTGOING (a) Supply and fixing MCB TPN 63 Amps 10 KA, 'C' series including connection complete- 04 Nos. (b) MCB SPN 20 to 32 Amps 10 KA, 'C' series including connection complete- 04 Nos.

Item No 26 : M&L for Earthing with 600 mm x 600 mm & 3.00 mm Galvanised Iron earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below GL connected to Galvanised steel strip 32x6 mm by means of GI nuts, bolts & washers protected by 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part I (2009) including PCC foundation / chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20mm dia light grade G/I/ pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto M.S. funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement, complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal of excavated material from the site complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-Earth protection pipe & earth strip up to and including 7.5 m length is deemed to included in unit rate quoted by the contractor).

Item No 28 : Supply and fixing self contained drinking water cooler partially stainless steel working with non CFC refrigerent of above 3 star rating suitable for operation on 230 Volts 50 cycles AC supply having approx storage capacity of 80 litre and normal cooling capacity of 40 litre per hour and including making of PCC platfarm of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.
