SCH 'A' PART - I (A) (BUILDING WORKS- PARTLY COMPLETED BY THE DEFAULTING CONTRACTOR) Note: (i) All the below schedules are not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 5 signifies this fact only. (ii) The Tenderer shall visit the site and shall be wholly responsible to assess the exact quantum of balance work to be executed under each item below.

SCH 'A' PART - I (B) (BUILDING WORKS NOT STARTED BY THE DEFAULTING CONTRACTOR) The rate to be quoted by referring the drawings.

Construction of Soakage well with top of slab at deforst line level (stone masonary) of size 1.8 m internal dia and 3.0 m deep complete all as specified and shown on drawings. Note :- Top of RCC slab of the Soakage well shall be laid at 1.6m below normal ground level (i.e. below defrost line). Rest of the area above the slab of the soakage well shall be filled with approved earth.

SCH 'A' PART - III (SECTION-II) (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade with copper stranded FRLS conductor of size 4 Sqmm ( 2 single run ) with one continuous FRLS copper earthing lead wire of same size and drawn into concealed PVC conduit and connected to common earth dolly, complete and as directed. Note (i) PVC conduit shall be measured separately.

Fluorescent tube light fittings wall mounted, strip type suitable for and including tube rods 1x36 /40 watt, complete with electronic ballasts, capacitors, spring loaded rotor type lamp holders, connector block, etc and all accessories pre wired complete and as directed . Make : - Crompton Greaves Cat Part No DSG 1114 EB or of equivalent in Bajaj / Havells etc

Epoxy powder coated or polystyrene insulated material Sheet metal enclosure, factory made suitable for MCB DB's 240 Volts 6 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, neutral and earthing link bar, flush/ surface mounting including housing of MCBs etc, complete as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to Gl wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of Gl and earth wire protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 15mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B - 1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg / Sqm ) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and

earth work in hard / dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No. 5 of SSR1991 Part - I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of Earthing includes the cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth wire 4 mm size and protection pipe of 15 mm bore GI light grade. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR Rates adjusted with quoted percentage of sch 'A' Part-III(sec-I)

Supply and fixing water heater storage type of capacity 50 ltr with inner copper tank including grouting arrangement with nuts and bolts in walls with cement mortar. SCH 'A' PART - VIII (SECTION-II) (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved LT distribution feeder pillar box indoor type, cubical factory made, dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and steel sections including spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and pre-wired with suitable size of PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor cable complete provide with the following : (a) MCCB 63 Amps, 25 KA, 4 Pole, 415 volts - 01 No. (b) Isolator 415 Volts, 4 pole, 40 Amps - 06 Nos . (c) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps capacity - 04 Nos, 3 Phase 415 Volts mounted on porcelain insulators - 01 Set .

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screwed, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross section area 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Valve pit of size 90cm x 90cm x 150 cm (internal dimensions), stone masonry construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4), rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally, finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar. Mild steel angle iron 50x50x6mm frame, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed M.S. work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint as approved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the M.S. embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint suitable for 50mm dia, complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Valve pit of size 105cm x 105cm x 150 cm (internal dimensions), stone masonry construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4), rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally, finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar. S&F Second class soft wood (KAIL), plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F PVC door frame (chowkats shall be of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of cotruded 5mm rigid PVC foam shocked mitre cut at two corners and jointed with 2 nos 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube. The two vertical door profiles shall be reinforced with 19mm x 19mm square tube of 19 gauge, rubber gasket weather scal shall be provided through out the frame. The door frame shall be fixed with wall using 65/100mm long MS screws all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick consisting of frame made out of M.S tube of 9 gauge thickness of size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles and 15mm x 15mm for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC channel of size 30mm x 50mm forming stiles and 5mm thick 75mm wide PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side 10mm thick (2 x 5mm), 20mm wide cross PVC sheet shall be provided as gap insert for top and bottom rails, panel insert of 5mm thick PVC sheets shall be fitted in the MS frame welded/ scaled to the stiles and rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and jointed together with solvent cement adhesive. The size of stiles and rails shall be 75mm and 100mm respectively. The door shutter shall be fixed to PVC door frame as per manufacturer's instructions.
