1 The Credit Value of Dismentalled Materials of Amount `.1,32,400.00 (Rupees One lakh Thirty Two Thousand Four

Hundred Only.) shall be recovered from the 1st Running Bill of the Contractor.

2 The Contractor shall be exhibit board as per government circular No.BDG/3277/1657 N dated 26/01/1997 S (M.GUJ)

with detailed specification and details of work and amount Involved at site without any payment as directed by Engineer-

3 All work shall be carried out as per public work department hand book and other specifications of Division or as

5 Rates quoted include clearance of site (Prior commencement of work and its close) in all respects and hold good for

work under all condition, site, moisture/ weather etc.

6 The Boards stating the detailed specification & detailes of Work shal be provided by the contractor as per Government

Resolution T.No.1890-240- Dtd.18/11/1990 and directed by contractor at his own cost immediately on recommanding

the work order.

7 Testing of Material Shall be done as per the statement attached with specification,The material IS Tested in GERI by

Executive Engineer Surat and Bill for the testing charges shall be paid by Executive Engineer,1% of the Amount put to

8 1% of the Construction Cost Shall be deducted from the bill Amount of the contract as per the Buildig and other

9 In Case of RCC items Where there is a change in Grade of Mix or Change as per Actual Mix design the cost of

difference of Cement Difference shall be deducted from the rate of original item at the rate of star rate mentioned in the

10 Contractor are advised to visit site before loading tender rate.

11 Necessary wiring point and drainage point are installed at Site however any modification in electrical installation and

drainage & water supply connection and minor correction to perform experienced in Lab shall be done by contractor at

his risk and cost.

12 The Rates are inclusive of all the taxes (Excluding GST),Transport Charges,Octroi duty and storage Charges up to date.

13 The materials Covered for wiring should be got approved from the Engineer Incharge of the work.

14 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

16 The Materials on the work shall have to be used and carried out as specified in technical note.
