M & L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, using paving bitumen VG-30 putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, using paving bitumen VG-30 blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tone roller and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 50mm or less) and binder content 4% using Viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix laid over priming/tack coat complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Preparing of surfaces and priming coat will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

M&L for preparation of black top surface by brushing with mechanical broomer for removing caked mud etc sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally with air compressors to remove all loose dist etc, having black top surface and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with using paving bitumen VG-10@ 5kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight or total mix, rolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ground floor and paving nexc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone as in sub base completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick (consolidated thickness) sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish coloured any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness with gray cement & pigment, M-35 Grade completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in copping, Kneelers, apex stones bed plates, Kerbs stone, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating completed all as specified and directed.

S&F Solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm f height 20mm with fixing with epoxy, LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10hours including removal of old unserviceable stud completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and completed all as specified and directed.
