Supply, jointing & testing, straight through joint kit (heat shrinkable) complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 wire, 11KV (Earthed) grade, HT, underground XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor, 3 core, 95 to 120 Sqmm size cable, including taking out old joint kit and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.
Finding out the fault with fault locator machine and repairing/rectifying the same in HT 11000 volts grade Under Ground Cable laid more than 100 centimetre deep in tranches complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) HT cable fault shall be repaired within 04 Hrs after receiving the complaint from Engr-in-Charge, failing which a penalty of Rs.1000.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contactor.
Material and labour for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel section Fe-290 grade E-165 quality including nuts, bolts, washers, and welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size with and including applying two coats of alminium paint over a coat of primer as in repair/replacement, complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing switch air break, triple pole, gang operated (GOD), complete with 9 insulators, drop out fuse unit mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, non-ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate sections to break magnitising current of the transformer, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 Amps, suitable for 11000 volts grade AC supply, as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: All ferrous parts shall be hot dipped galvanised and non-ferrous parts shall be heavily dipped to withstand weather.

(ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include GI strip and protection pipe of length 7.5m, GI pipe beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3 Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3 Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.
Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lightning conductor, 25mmx4mm GI strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws, PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc. or recessed or in chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing LT brass bush rod 16 mm dia with brass washer/ nuts & bolts for transfermers as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing LT brass bush rod 20 mm dia with brass washer/ nuts & bolts for transfermers as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing LT brass bush rod 25 mm dia with brass washer/ nuts & bolts for transfermers as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing HT brass bush 12 mm dia with brass washer/ nuts & bolts for transfermers as in repair/replacement complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking out of existing unserviceable items of VCB 63 Amps of any make after taking shut down and repair/replacing the following :-
S&F Indicating lamps of approved make.
Dismantling and tranporting transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 200 KVA , shifting from site to workshop for repair, opening the transformer in the presence of Engr-in-Charge, taking out coil and detaching core & core assembly for estimation of repair and damaged parts, cleaning/washing of tank and removing the dust from all parts including cores, tanks, cooling tubes, removal of damage parts, shifting back to site and refixing in position to same location or any other location after repair, provision of cork sheet, making connection, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 20 & 21. The rewinding of transformer as required and Parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid under respective items here-in-after.
S&F Closing coil as per existing size complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F Bus insulator suitable for 11 KV as per existing size complete all as specified and as directed.
Labour only for serviceing of 11 KV VCB installed at various locations of 12 wing by carraying the following job work:- (i) Disconnecting the VCB from main electric circuit by taking out the incomming and outgoing connection after isolating supply from main incommer. (ii) Taking out trolley of the brakers and checking of mechanical operation system, including spring, locking latch and other parts for smooth operation of the parts. (iii) Cleaning of moving and fixed contact with the help of rust proof oil including smoothening of contact and taking out the deposited carbon material. (iv) Tightening of complete bushing by insertion of rubber ring , washer etc complete. (v) Testing of vaccum bottle for its serviceability and oiling the wheel and channel for trouble free operation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (vi) Callibration of over load relays , earth fault relay for tripping timing with the help of manual fault machine and adjustment and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Any spares required for maintenance of VCB panel shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item of BoQ and labour for fixing of these items shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for Horizontal Boring of Holes under road, Pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding techique and necessary machine with and including provision of HDPE pipe of size 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of two pole structures by scrapping / rubbing old paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting) of cosisitency and tint as approved by the Engineer in chargeto all external visible surfaces, in different tint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of transformer of capacity 63 to 100 KVA , indoor / outdoor type installed on double pole structure or raised plinth structure by throughly scrapping / rubbing old paint and rusted portion and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (spray painting ) complete all as specified. The cosisitency and tint shall be as approved by the Engineer in charge

Material and labour for filteration and Dehydration of HV/EHV grade transformer oil (desludging of transformer minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strenth upto 60KV(rms) for EHV grade and upto 60KV (rms) for HV grade at 2 mm/2.5 gap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling into transformers and other equipments transformer oil superior quality having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.0 mm gap, ISI marked, (package of 210 litre sealed drum), installed at various locations with and including taking/draining out old existing burnt/used transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats 25mm thick of size 2 m x1m, suitable for voltage upto 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS5424) suitable for electrical shock safety complete all as specified and as directed.
