Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. including cutting chases of exsisting wall for wall taking out concealed conduit ec. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as per existing specification after providing point wiring under respective items here-in-below complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse

M & L for Point wiring for one light point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade, ISI marking drawn thorugh and in non metallic concealed PVC rigid conduit and conduit accessories, medium grade, ISI marking, concealed Frame for fixing switches, sockets, inculding one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable FRLSH grade as in earth wire for continuity and connecting to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete including making good the disturbed surface by Putty and matching the colour of wall with the existing colour of the wall (wash/paint/distemper) wherever required(as per the existing condition) complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair Down rod 15mm bore medium grade GI pipe including cut in required length and drilled as per existing size including taking down old unsv down rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Fan blade for Ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep of white colour including taking down old unsv fan blade complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive repair/maintenance of storage type electric water heater (Geyser ) vertical or horizontal type of capacity 50 Ltrs comprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking down , opening or dismantling, de-scaling,brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (b) checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc. in situ to ensure free movement of the parts including supply and replacing the washers/gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the Electrical circuits of the Geysers and power point. (d) Checking,and re-fixing thermostat and re-adjust. (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted Hydro chloric acid or clear pedette solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for it serviceability . (g) Re-assembling the Geyser, re-install and testing complete. Note : Parts / components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor. New parts/components required shall be measured and paid separately under item No 108 to 110 here-in-after as supply only and labour charges required for replacement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item no. 106

Supply only heating elements of capacity 1.5/2 KW AC 240 volts suitable for storage type electric water heater as per site requirement (press type /screw type/triangular/circular base or ceramic cartige type),ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
