Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 450 mm dia RCC pipes.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 600 mm dia RCC pipes.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by mechanical transport to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying dry lean cement concrete with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 26.5 mm, aggregate cement ratio not exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specification, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 MPa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant as per mix design, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) produced in a batching and mixing plant having a Characteristic flexural strength i.e. flexural strength of 4.1 MPa at 28 days using Ordinary Portland cement of 43/53 grade or Portland Pozzolana Cement or Portland Slag cement conforming as per relevant IS codes, to be mixed at site, with 0.5% Super plasticizer by mass of cementitious material, fine aggregate, graded stone aggregates of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per specification and job mix formula, laid in panels as per drawings/design as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge using Slip Form Paver or Fixed form paver including anti friction layer, joint filler board, making necessary provision for expansion, dummy and construction joint including filling with Polysulphide sealant of approved make, curing and making profile, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and specifications. The item for execution shall include all operations making pavement for intended use but not limited to following: (i) Polyethylene sheet (White in color) of thickness 400 micron conforming to IS: 2508 with 6mm thick fine sand layer. (ii) Providing and laying in position for expansion joint, 25mm thick pre-cut Synthetic joint filler board of approved make conforming to IS:1838(part 3)-2011, 45 mm from top (to be removed at the time of filling of Polysulphide sealant). (iii) Mechanically cutting dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. (iv) Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212-1990 or IS: 11433-1995 in expansion/ construction / dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. as per the details below: (a) Expansion Joints of size 25 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 30mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufacturer’s specifications and sketch at Appendix-‘A’. (b) Construction Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufacturer’s specifications and sketch at Appendix-‘A’. (c) Dummy Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12 mm dia expanded closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up/backer rod of minimum density 22 Kg/Cum, as per manufacturer’s specifications and sketch at Appendix-‘A’. (v) Making profile as per DGCA CAR, panel drawing showing dummy, construction, expansion joints location. Note: (i) Areas inaccessible to paving equipment shall be constructed by manual/hand guided method. Areas in which manual/hand guided methods of construction become indispensable shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in writing in advance. (ii) The quantity of cement, type of cement and super plasticizer for one Cum. of finished concrete specified are for tendering purpose only. The contractor shall quote his rates assuming quantity of OPC cement as 360 Kg/Cum or 400 Kg of Portland Pozzolana Cement/ Portland Slag cement. In addition, if the actual quantity of cement & super plasticizer required as per laboratory mix design varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of cement and super plasticizer as per mix design, if any, shall be done as per the rate of cement and super plasticizer in actual supply voucher from manufacturer/authorized dealer at the time of execution. In the case of authorized distributor, the rate may be authenticated by the manufacturer. The rate of cement and super plasticizer exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.

Providing, Laying and Jointing of half cut hume pipe in saucer drain near boundary wall to channelize run-off during rains and enable the controlled movement of water away from boundary wall towards existing drains inside the operational area as per the directions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Embankment with available excavated earth at site with all lifts and leads in layers graded and compacted to meet the requirements as per MORTH latest specification etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Suppllying of stone dust and mixing the same with available soil uniformily at site as per the prescribed ratio to achieve CBR value of 15 as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing unplasticised rigid PVC pipe of 110mm dia (Working Pressure 4 kg/sq.cm) conforming to IS:13592 Type A, of requisite length in Brick wall / Stone Masonry/R.C.C. wall at the time of construction of wall, all complete including cutting, fixing, jointing, covering with cement mortar, etc as per direction of E.I.C. For weep holes in retaining walls.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 4 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Shifting and Replacement of existing sand bags excavated area adjacent to Runway/ Apron/ Taxiway after completion of days work and before start of work the next day including cleaning of adjoining operational pavements for safety of flight operations complete as per the directions of ATC safety team and EIC.

Deduct for taking away of steel work on frames, shutters, trusses ,channels,beams,Tee,angles,bolts washers,barbed wires,concertina coils, bars in R.C.C. Standards post/ struts etc and other similar materials received from dismantling The material so received shall be the property of contractor after dismantling duly weighed/ measured before removing from the site in the presence of Engineer- in-charge.

Credit item for dismantling of old building and stores (Plan area of 485 Sqm) adjacent to Apron and Runway falling under proposed expansion of Apron and new Taxiway, disposal of all dismantled material/ malba beyond Airport premises, taking away all the salvage material clearing site neat & clean complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer In Charge. NOTE: 1. This is a credit item and quoted amount for this item shall be deducted from agency from BOQ amount for all other items. 2. Agency is not allowed to quote less than Rs. 2,10,508 for this item. If any agency shall quote less than the this amount then the deduction from agency shall be Rs. 2,10,508 and L1 bidder shall be adjudged accordingly.

Supply of Elevated type Omni-directional Medium Intensity LED Taxiway Edge Light fitting suitable for Taxiway, Apron Edge Lights for use on a constant current series 6.6 A (Secondary rating), complete with Omni-directional Blue Lens with supporting mechanism, Lens clamping mechanism, breakable coupling, two pin secondary leads, base plate with neoprene gasket have 06 Nos bolt hole to receive M-10 stainless steel bolts alongwith other accessories including White LED with an integrated encapsulated electronic module as required and meeting the requirements of ICAO/FAA specifications.

Supply of 5 KV, 6.6 A/6.6 A, 50 Hz rubber encapsulated Isolating transformer suitable for individual series lamps airport lighting circuits. The transformer shall be designed to be water proof and suitable for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base, conforming to IS:12290 (latest edition) with up to amendments complete as per specifications attached. 15 watts, 6.6A/6.6A

Supply of 6 Sqmm Plug and Receptacle of type I, class B connector & suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade XLPE insulated PE sheathed single core screened copper conductor cable as required.

Supply of CI transformer housing box, water tight round type metal container of outside dia 330 mm and of 450 mm height made of 10 mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting-base plate on the top and having a clear opening of 220 mm dia hole centre and 6 nos tapped holes at hole centre of 260 mm to receive M-10 stainless steel bolts with light fitting base plate. Dismantling of elevated type MIRL/HIRL fitting from the existing transformer housing box i/c removal of isolating transformer, connectors kit, breakable coupling, base plate, lens, filters, lamps & other accessories and stacking the same carefully as required.

Dismantling, Shifting and Re-installation of existing Frangible LED illuminated Landing H with all accessories including installation of Aluminium frame, frangible legs, LED fittings, Control Box, internal & control wiring and bird deterrent dome, etc. complete as required.

Dismantling,Shifting and Re-installation of various sizes existing LED illuminated guidance sign board with all accessories including installation of polycarbonate sheet, Aluminium frame, frangible legs, angle support, base plate, foundation bolts, plug & receptacle, isolating transformer & other accessories, etc. complete as required.

Design, Manufacture , Supply, installation, testing & commissioning (D/M/S/I/T/C) of 16 mtr high mast with all accessories. Mast shaft shall be in 02 sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. The system shall also include accessories in all respects i/c electrically operated raising and lowering gears double drum winch, head frame, steel wire rope 6mm dia (minimum), counter weights, top pulley arrangement, Lighting Arrestor, civil RCC foundation with excavation in soil, foundation bolts, anchor plates, nuts, washers, multicore copper conductor cable (Trailing Cable) of suitable current carrying capacity between top carriage and base terminal (inside Mast), Torque limiter,connector, manual handle, junction box, galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable to install 06 nos of luminaires in asymmetrical arrangement, its controlgear boxes and counter weights as per detailed design and lightning finial. The mast shall have an out door type feeder pillar made out of 14 SWG, CRCA sheet with powder coated paint comprising of suitable rating one number incomer 32 AMP, single dial time switch, 16 amp TP contractor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no. 9 amp contractor and raise lower push button, interconnecting copper wiring, etc. as required suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC power supply for its operation, complete as required. 01 Job Includes- a) Construction of suitable foundation with re-inforced cement concrete for the high mast as per site requirement with all materials and labour as required (Design of the foundation shall be vetted from Govt Engineering colleges / NIT / IIT's) b) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates c) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipments and installation of lighting arrestor, luminaires and aviation obstruction light (supply of luminaires and obstruction light included in this item scope) with all wiring materials, wiring with suitable size three core flexible weather proof copper cable in PVC flexible conduits from Junction Box at lantern carriage to the individual fittings, as per specifications and labour as required. d) Testing and commissioning of the high mast lighting system. Note- Each High Mast to be provided with min 06 nos.LED flood light luminaries 200 Watt LED light, 01 no of Single Dome LED Obstruction Light switch gears etc. as required.
