Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm ( fourty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying (to level or slope) 600mm (Six hundred millimetres) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure (Socket & Spigot) pipes IS Class NP3 for culverts on first class sand filling bedding and granular material in single row including back filling of Tranches in Layers but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, and masonry Concrete work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1100 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rates is including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete in sub structure Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in Toe wall and parapets etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, GST, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water in open foundation for all types of structure and the like in Locking of paver Block etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800,900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying in position Tor steel/ reinforcement in Super-Structures of TATA TISCON /SAIL/JINDAL-PANTHER/ SHAYAM steel make of thermo mechanically coated bars of grade Fe 500D for Reinforced Cement Concrete work complete as per drawing and MORD 1000 and 1400 including cutting , bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire and other incidentals for its completion upto any floor level and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including of Octroi, Royality, Malkhana, Toll Tax, Sale Tax, GST or other Taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying ISI marked factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks having thickness 80 mm of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern in footpath, parks, lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand,compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
