M&L for taking down Opening of body cleaning of slots of Ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm Sweep. Rewinding of fan by super ennameled copper insulated wire as per existing gauge, varnishing, heating assembling and testing for following complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for taking down repairs to Ceiling Fan, Exhaust Fan, any Make & any Sweep Oiling, Greasing , removing all dust with painting and replacement of unserviceable spares, complete all as directed by EIC at site. NOTE : Spares shall be measured & paid resperative item of this sch.

Renewal/ Repairs to LT Panel Board of any size complete as mentioned below:- (I) Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment (ii) Taking down existing bus bars cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new nuts, bolts, washers etc., (iii) Replacement of damaged copper flexible cable and fixing new copper flexible cable of suitable size for incoming and out going connections of each MCCB terminals to bus bars (iv) Replacement of damaged/ worn out/ loose connections/ cable lugs for incoming & outgoing cables (v) Replacement of u/s CT's, ammeters, Volt meters, Indication Lamps (01 Set each) including provision of new wiring for the same. Note : Ammeters and CT's shall be wired with 2.5 sqmm copper wire . (vi) Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board. Note : i) Cost for replacement of spares are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. ii) The rate shall be deemed to be included for replacement of worn out rusted, Channels, hinges, bolts, split pins and cable lugs, cable glands and neoprene gasket with painting to all doors including raising of foundation to 0.3 M height etc., iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Repairs to ACB's not included in the scope of work.

Taking down exhaust fan and re-connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan after cleaning all dust complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The spares like nuts & bolts,Fashners etc if found defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the fans functional. The rates quoted for the same deemed to be included for the above job.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep AC 230 Volts 50hz single phase complete with all accesorries. Including taking down Unserviceable ceiling fan from the ceiling/roofs by disconnecting electric connection and diposited to MES store Yard.

Taking down ceiling fan (C/F of any size/make), cleaning its dust properly oiling and hanging the same back to its original position including connecting the wire to ceiling rose etc complete after completing the wiring all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The spares like condensor, ball bearing, cotter pin, nuts & bolts, connecting rods & hooks etc if found defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the ceiling fans functional. No extra payments will be done on this account. (ii) In case any winding burnt cases may please be brought out to knowledege concern JE E/M for rewinding and making functional.

Taking out the defective winding for fan starter and cleaning the slots properly providing insulating sheets and supply and rewinding the fans with supper enameled copper winding and existing gauge and class varnishing the winding the winding wire and testing it for proper working for size of fan 1200/1400mm sweep.Including taking down ceiling fan1200/1400 mm sweep from the ceiling/roofs by disconnecting electric connection all as directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep AC 230 Volts 50hz single phase complete with all accesorries. Including taking down Unserviceable ceiling fan from the ceiling/roofs by disconnecting electric connection and diposited to MES store Yard.
