Stone Masonry Work in cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MoRTH 1400 Random Rubble Masonry

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification . 1500,1700 and 2100 PCC Grade M15

RCC Grade M20 -Providing and laying RCC mix M20 to proper gradients lines and levels,machine mix mechanically vibrated including cost of centering and shuttering, curing etc. Complete and cost conveyance, lead, lift of all materials,labour etc. Complete for the side of interlocking tiles as per MoRTH specification 1500, 1600 and 1700 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. for Box culvert -Using Concrete Mixer.

Supplying ,fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specification

Dry Rubble Flooring- Construction of dry rubble flooring at low laying and wheel tracks for forming the road way with all leads and lifts, conveyance of materials etc complete as per MoRTH specification 2506 & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Providing Dry stone packing for aprons of Box culvert.

Providing CC 1:2:4 for top belt of DR masonry including formwork. Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Morth 1500, 1700 & 2100 PCC Grade M15.

Providing ,laying,spreading and compacted stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading,in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for layer II of MoRTH specification 404 & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and stacking 12mm and down size hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement (RC 3.2.1.a) for 20mm chipping carpet

Supplying and stacking 6.7mm and down size hard blue granite broken stone in standard heaps for measurement (RC 3.2.1.a).

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness with 0.27cum of 12mm departmental aggregate premixed with 12.96 kg of bitumen/ 10sqm using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level on a previously prepared base, after priming the existing surface with 5kg of bitumen (bg10 or s90)/ 10sqm including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a 3 wheel static roller of 80-100KN capacity ,finished to required level and grades followed by a seal coat of 0.09cum of 6mm departmental aggregates premixed with 8.64kg of bitumen/10sqm.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement 4 coarse sand 12 mm thick
