Tree Survey & Submission for Approval to the concern department Identification of type of species with common name and scientific name. Tree Details like Girth size, Geo Coordinates, Tree Number etc. of Execution site. Tree Details like Girth size, Geo Coordinates, Tree Number etc. of Transplantation & New Plantation Site. Recommendation for tree cutting or tree transplantation on the basis of drawings provided by department. Tree Photography with Geo Coordinates. Providing KML File with Geo-Coordinator for Transplantation and Compensatory Plantation of trees. Checking of suitability of land areas provided by department where the trees can be transplanted. Assessment of development plan in conjunction with tree preservation plan with timelines. Suggesting Methodology for tree transplantation. Uploading of Tree Preservation plan and other documents on E-Forest Portal. Getting necessary approvals from Forest Department for felling, transplantation, compensatory plantation after due persuasion and replying all necessary queries raised by the Forest Department and removing any objections raised by them as per the directions of Engineer in charge. Geotechnical Investigation ( 9 pit) Complete Geotechnical investigation work as per specification, drawings & instructions of the Engineer-in-charge by conducting standard penetration test as per IS : 2131-1981 for building height approximately 75m (G+20) including providing labour & material with machine for carrying of soil test for determination of soil properties which also includes taking disturb sample alongwith penetration resistance at 0.75 m interval upto 6.0m and 1.5m interval beyond 6.0m depth. Taking undisturbed sample at appropriate interval or at every change of strata whichever earlier. Performing Atterberg limits, sieve analysis on disturbed sample and shear test, consolidation test, moisture content, dry density, bulk density, void ratio, specific gravity, triaxial shear test & other relevant test on soil sample as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, showing depth of water table, filled up soil etc. s/c net safe/ allowable bearing capacity at a depth decided by Engineer-in-charge. Preparation & submission of detailed soil investigation report in triplicate. Depth of Borehole : 35x9=315m

Site survey Marking all existing features, boundaries, building, carriage way, footpath, electric/telephone Pole lamppost and any other prominent feature etc., all existing underground/overhead services like existing HT/LT lines (electrical services), sewer lines, water lines, gas pipe lines, communication lines etc and availability of these essential/ external services (nearest point) in the area of site using Total station a digital instrument. Preparation of survey drawing and calculation of survey /plot area with triangulation method on computer using Auto Cad or other suitable software, supplying Pen Drive and four prints Complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. * Plot Area = 16,175.12 sqm
