SPECIAL REPAIRS TO SUNKEN FLOOR OF GARAGE AND REPAIRS BAY AND CERTAIN CIVIL WORK AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) including removal of debris 1km from the Dockyard permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the M-25, (20mm graded aggregate) design mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) including removal of debris up to 5km from the Dockyard permises all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 10cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, plinth beams, filling and mass concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'B' for 150mm thick of concrete slab all specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement on brick or concrete surfaces of walls the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
