Street Sweeping Bush Cutting Drain desilting and Collection and Transportation of Collected Waste under Package1 North Zone1

Providing adequate resources and carrying out manual street sweeping services in the assigned wards, including wall-to-wall cleaning of roads, once-a-day sweeping of all non-commercial roads including paved conservancy lanes, twice-a-day sweeping of commercial areas, and operation of litter picker machine complete in all respects. The quoted rate shall be a lump-sum, all-inclusive monthly cost, covering engagement of sweepers, supervisors and all required manpower; deployment and operation of vehicles, pushcarts and allied equipment; supply and use of colour-coded bags; consumables and tools such as belcha, broom, kanta, fauda, etc.; provision of personal protective equipment (PPE); collection, loading, intermediate handling, transportation and disposal of swept waste through compactors at the designated site(s); and any other costs whatsoever, whether direct or incidental, necessary for satisfactory execution of the scope of work as detailed in the RFP. Providing adequate resources and carrying out bush cutting operations in the assigned areas during the non-rainy season (8 months), complete in all respects. The quoted rate shall be a lump-sum, all-inclusive monthly cost for conducting bush cutting works during the non-rainy season of eight (8) months, including deployment and operation of requisite bush cutters (mechanised), engagement of required manpower, provision and use of vehicles, supply and use of manual bush cutting tools and equipment, collection, loading and transportation of cut vegetation/waste to the designated site(s), and all other costs whatsoever, whether direct or incidental, necessary for proper execution of the scope of work as detailed in the RFP. Providing adequate resources and carrying out bush cutting operations in the assigned areas during the rainy season (4 months), complete in all respects. The quoted rate shall be a lump-sum, all-inclusive monthly cost for conducting bush cutting works during the non-rainy season of eight (8) months, including deployment and operation of requisite bush cutters (mechanised), engagement of required manpower, provision and use of vehicles, supply and use of manual bush cutting tools and equipment, collection, loading and transportation of cut vegetation/waste to the designated site(s), and all other costs whatsoever, whether direct or incidental, necessary for proper execution of the scope of work as detailed in the RFP. Providing adequate resources and carrying out desilting and cleaning of drains in the assigned areas, complete in all respects. The quoted rate shall be a lump-sum, all-inclusive monthly cost for conducting drain de-silting works, including deployment of required manpower, engagement and operation of vehicles and machinery, use of manual and mechanical tools and equipment, removal, collection, loading, transportation and disposal of silt, sludge and debris to designated site(s), provision of necessary safety gear/PPE, and all other costs whatsoever, whether direct or incidental, necessary for satisfactory execution of the scope of work as detailed in the RFP. Providing adequate resources and carrying out manual cleaning of non-paved conservancy lanes in the assigned wards, including wall-to-wall cleaning, complete in all respects. The quoted rate shall be a lump-sum, all-inclusive monthly cost for cleaning of non-paved conservancy lanes, including engagement of required labours and supervisory staff; use of manual tools and deployment and operation of suitable mechanical equipment wherever required; provision of personal protective equipment (PPE); collection, loading, intermediate handling, transportation and disposal of collected waste through vehicles at the designated site(s); and all other costs whatsoever, whether direct or incidental, necessary for complete and satisfactory execution of the work as detailed in the RFP.
