REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF ROOF TREATMENT AND OTHER CONNECTED B/R WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AFS TEZPUR UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing cement concrete (un reiforced) in padding of roof slabs, covings of chajja etc., roughening surfaces of old concrete roof slab/ chajjas by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster/screed, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded cruched stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete roof slab/chajjas by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc., brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre and rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster/screed, in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions (waterproofing compound measured and paid seperately) including provision of water proofing treatment over smooth finished surfaces by application of cold applied bituminous primer as per manufacturer's instructions, providing and laying 3.00 mm thick, plain finish, APP modified bitumenous waterproofing and damp proofing membrane with polyester reinforcement (Non-Woven Polyester Mat), conforming to IS 16532 :2017 (Dimensions and weight of APP membrane polyester as per Table 2 of IS), by forced (torch on) application, with minimum 75 mm overlap on longitudinal direction and 100 mm overlap on the transverse direction, including one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane (for non accessible roof), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded cruched stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, benching rounded or chamfered on edge with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, chequered ceramic tiles, coloured,10 to 12 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, conforming to IS 4457-2007, on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Johnson ‘Endura’/ Somany ‘Durastone’/ Regency ‘Duro’.

Taking up or down,15mm bore,steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 15mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor,complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing,15mm bore,old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.), complete all as directed.

Taking up or down, 20mm bore,steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store,complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing, 20mm bore,old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.),complete all as directed.

Taking up or down, 25mm bore,steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store,complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 25mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor,complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing, 25mm bore,old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.),complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. of capacity exc. 250 and not exc. 500litres complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. of capacity exc. 500 and not exc. 1000litres complete all as directed.

Material and labour for, 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I, including dismantling existing water tanks and removing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I, including dismantling existing water tanks and removing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 20mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and removing tree roots from any height of walls/ roof including removal of trees, grass vegetables upto 50metres away from building and making good to the damaged portion of walls in cement mortar (1:4) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (Surface area exc.400 Sqcm and not exc.900Sqcm) complete all as specified and directed.
