M&L for non-skid/mat finish designed coloured joint free ceramic tiles of size not less than 400 mm x 400 mm and 7-8 mm thick in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6 and including dismantling of unserviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured size of size 450 x 300 x 7 to 8mm, as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 for receiving tiles as in backing and including dismantling of old unserviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.
