Schedule 'A' PART -XVII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

SITE CLEARANCE AND DEVELOPMENT

Felling of tree exc. 300cm and n.exc.1000cm girth including cutting of trunk, and branches and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed.

Grubbing up tree trunks exc.300cm and n.exc. 1000cm girth including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground digging out roots filling holes and levelling of ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50m and clearing site, complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD/ PATH/ HARDSTANDING/ CULVERT

S&F convex mirror 100cm dia traffic mirror in orange colour, unbreakable with nut and bolt, diameter with adjustable fixing bracket including necessary foundation and supports, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead informatory road signage and boards rectangular type, made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc., as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes : The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specifications, and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment. The rate also shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary foundation and frame work.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective cautionary/ warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900mm with support length of 3650mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders, etc., as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made up to M.S.

Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge Note : Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary foundation and frame work.

Provision of coventional LLDPE Septic Tank for 25 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection, including necessary fittings & fixtures, etc., complete all as specified.

Construction of RCC Septic Tank for 100 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls, Base slabs, Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams, etc., with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover, connection including necessary fittings & fixtures, etc., complete with effective depth of 1.50m and overall depth of 3m Conventional type all as shown in drawing No. TD/ST/795 Sheet Nos. 1/2 to 2/2 complete all as specified.

Construction of RCC Septic Tank for 50 users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in walls, Base slabs, Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with vent shaft, manhole openings with cover, connection including necessary fittings & fixtures, etc., complete with effective depth of 1.50m and overall depth of 3m Conventional type all as shown in drawing No. TD/ST/796 Sheet No. 1/1 complete all as specified.

Construction of Soakage Wells of size 1.20m dia x 3.00m deep (effective depth), excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25, interconnecting pipes of RCC complete filled with brick bats all as shown in drawing No. TD-563 Sheet No. 1/1 complete all as specified.

Construction of Soakage Wells of size 1.20m dia x 1.50m deep (effective depth), excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25, interconnecting pipes of RCC complete filled with brick bats all as shown in drawing No. TD-563 Sheet No. 1/1 complete all as specified.

Construction of Soakage Wells of size 1.8m dia x 3.00m deep (effective depth) in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete incl intercepting chamber made of brick masonry in CM RCC cover slab M-25 intercepting pipes of RCC complete filled with brick bats all as shown in drawing No. TD-563 Sheet No. 1/1 complete all as specified.

SECURITY WALL/ COMPOUND WALL/ FENCING & GATE

M&L for PVC chain link fencing using MS angle, 50x6mm FI fillets, 10mm dia straining rod, etc., complete all as specified.

S&F concentrina coil of 610mm diameter punched tape (supporting on MS Angle iron frame and barbed wire all as specified and shown on drg) manufactured using central core of high tensile GI spring steel core wire of 2.6mm dia around which a tape of razer sharp blades (Low carbon GI Stripes) of thickness 0.52mm is machine crimped with following specifications :- (a) Dia of coil (Unstretched) = 610mm (b) No of Circles = 51 turns per coil (c) Wt of each coil with hessian cloth = 8.50 kg +/- 0.5Kg (d) Coverage per coil = 8Rm (e) Dove tail clips shall be grade A as per IS:2062 & hot dip galvanised with 20microns or 290gms/sqm. 5 clips per 2 spiral turns approx 125 clips per coil. (f) The tensile strength of spring steel core wire shall be 1620 N/Sqmm (min) all as per IS:4454 (Part I) with zinc coating of 230gm/Sqm as per IS:2629 (g) Punched tape shall be matt finish with average coating of galvanisation of 18 microns.

Note : (i) MS angle iron frame and barbed wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The concentrina coils shall be tied to barbed wire with 1.2mm GI wire. (iii) Concentrina coil shall be measured along the length of the wall.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for cutting the existing 150mm DI pipe and inserting the TEE (150X150X100mm) including necessary threading, union, fittings, joints, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing 150mm DI pipe and inserting the TEE (150X150X80mm) including necessary threading, union, fittings, joints, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing 150mm CI pipe and inserting the TEE (150X150X50mm) including necessary threading, union, fittings, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for centrifugally cast (Spun) Ductile Iron pipe of size 100mm dia bore with socket & spigot end centrifugally, class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329:2000 marked with and including Rubber Gaskets used with Push-on-jointing confirming to IS:5382 in any length laid in trenches with and including all fittings all as specified.

M&L for construction of Valve Chamber 600 x 600 x 600mm depth with PCC 1:4:8 foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using class B bricks, PCC 1:2:4 coping at the top, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 including MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm, locking arrengement, etc., complete with painting on steel surface with one coat of red oxide paint over two coats of synthetic enameeled paint, necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed.

S&F FRP pole box of size 168 x 253 x 115mm, thermoplastic, polycabonate, IP-66 complete with 4 pole 32 A connector, Double compression glands-2 Nos, MCB SP 6 Amps mounted with GI clamps of suitable size with nuts and bolts on street light pole all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for street light bracket made of 40mm GI pipe light grade 1.5m length bent in shape for mounting street light on one end, fixing the bracket on pole with suitable GI clamps, Nus and bolts all as specified and as directed.

S&F SMC terminal box of size 230 x 170 x 105mm (internal diamensions) made of impact resistance plastic & heat resistant materials including MCB SP 6Amps with DIN bar and 4 way terminal block, and fixing the box to street light pole made of 25x 3mm flat iron with clamps, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB 4 pole 63 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, with breaking capacity 25 KA incl addition/ alteration in existing panel to fix MCCB and making incliing and outgoing connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised Iron earth strip 32 x 6mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer, etc., of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore from earth electrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 8mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/ dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I and connection to earth test point including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Note : The cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip of 32 x 6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI light grade is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.

MACHANICAL LAUNDRY

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Mechanical Laundry equipments and associated sub-systems including piping work & necessory fabrication in dryning & ironing room, all as specifed, as per latest standard engineering practices and as directed. It shall be suitable for linen like uniform, room furnishing, personal garments, Bed sheets & Pillow Covers, etc,. complete all as specified here-under :-

(vii) Display : Microprocessor/ PLC based front display complete with water level indicator, temperature, function & timer in digital format.
