CA NO.CWE BLY/GE (E)/112 OF 2026- 2027REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND MAINT OF EXTERNAL ELECT, REPAIR/ MAINT TO TRANSFORMER REPLACEMENT OF PARTS ALONGWITH ALLIED SERVICES FOR HT DISTRUBUTION SYSTEM AT RTS and DEPOT HEMPUR UNDER GE (EAST) BAREILLY

Supply and filling new transformer oil for topping up the transformers duly filtered with filtration plant having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and directed Note :- (a) The transformer oil shall be type EHV confirming to IS - 335/1983. (b) Mineral oil grade shall be used. (c) The IR value of transformer oil shall not be less than 60KV/min. (d) The unit rate shall be deemed to include the cost of filtration to achieve desired di-electric strength.

M&L for spray painting of approved quality & colour to indoor/outdoor type, step up/step down transformer up to 400 KVA capacity & servo voltage stablize after thoroughly scraping the existing corroded paint/rust, filling of cavities complete without disturbing/damaging the electrical net work system including writing the details such as SM/MES No., capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting/trimming of wild vegetations, bushes/grass etc. including wild grown lantana, boroo grass, thin spaplings of subabool, seasonal/perennial weeds etc from ground level, collecting and stacking of subabool, seasonal/perennial weeds etc. from ground level, of surroundings area under Power House, 04 pole structure, HT installations, collecting and stacking the same in heaps at least 1km away from the place of working so as to give a neat and clean appearance complete all as specified and directed. Note: All the labours should wear safety equipments & contractor is liable to provide the same without any extra cost.

M&L for opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) upto 400KVA capacity installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, megger testing the defective winding portion/taking out , cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate gauge/winding wire/strip winding of existing description for transformer of following capacity including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Winding of coil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (b) Transportation charges are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The cost for the dehyderation of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid seperately. (d) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are included in the quoted rate. (e) Proper shut down shall be taken by the contractor before execution of the work.

M&L for replacement of copper winding wire high voltage lower current of any size/description suitable for step down transformer of any capacity, including winding of coil of HT side as per manufacturers design and specification to obtain rated KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as above Srl item No 5.00 here in before but low voltage high current for strip winding of LT side complete all as specified and directed

M&L for air breather assembly complete with fresh blue colour silica gel suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer capacity upto 200 KVA of 11/0.415 KV Transformer connected to air column with conservator tank complete all as specified and directed.

All as above Srl item No 7.00 here in before but for capacity above 200KVA and upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement transformer oil temperature gauge 0 - 100, graduated, analogue dial type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HT porcelain bushing (set of three) of suitable size for transformer upto 250 KVA including nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed.
