Attending complaints as on required of any nature for defective A/C of various capacity and make split /window type and rectification of defects & including necessary dismantling, taking down if required and taking out for repairing and refixing at site, replacing spares as required (spares parts shall be measured and paid separately), however small pieces of wire terminals, soldering/crimping required at site for proper functioning of the equipment shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate under this item complete all as specified and directed. Note : All spare parts for renewal/ fixing shall be measured and paid separately as supply only or supply & fixing under appropriate items of BOQ.

M&L for electrically disconnecting of window type AC and taking out from wall, cleaning /washing of choked condensing fins, evaporator coil and tubes with water and solvent materials by using mechinical pressure, renewal of unserviceable air filter after cleaning and servicing refixing the window AC, mechanically leak testing, including filling of nitrogen gas for pressure testing, finding leak, vacuumising the gas and bracing of leaked copper pipes and filling the suitable refrigerant gas after complete testing, connecting the cables and testing for functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable hermatically sealed compressor unit of window/split type ACs of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity and replace with new sealed compressor unit in exchange of the existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit with and including initial charging of gas and oil complete all as specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/Shriram/Copeland/Godrej/LG/Voltas.

Taking down the existing split type AC of any size & including all accessories and closing the opening of wall with brick/stone masonary work in cement mortar 1:4 and plastering with cement 1:4 including white wash /distempering to match with surrounding & making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only already removed window/split type AC & including all accessories, making suitable size opening in existing wall as suitable for fixing of AC, including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling refrigerant gas R-22/R- 32/R-410/R-134/R-600 for charging of gas in compressors of existing AC's/Refrigerator/water cooler/Deep freezer complete all as directed. Note ;- (i) Empty /filled cylinder shall be responsability of contractor and he shall be liable for all risk against same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Empty gas Cylinders shall be returned to contractor after use.

M & L for repairs to voltage stabilizer of any make/model & including rewinding of main transformer, renewal of sensing transformer, connector, up to 30 Amps power relay and 3 core multistranded PVC insulated flexible copper conductor cable, voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm LT, 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including 20 mm dia PVC non metallic surface conduit with accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, reducer, bend and flexible conduit etc. and fittings and one run of 4 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable green colour as earth continuity conductor and including taking down old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Two runs of cable one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm dia shall be measured as one run length. Cable required for connection to DBs shall deemed to be included and shall not be measured separately. Earth wire shall run inside the PVC conduit.

S&F in renewal of single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket, complete with & including one SP, MCB of 32 Amps, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed.

Notes applicable for all above items :- The contractor is required to carry out onsite (at the place of installation itself) repair of the summer appliances based on day to day requirement of MES during the currency of this contract. Therefore, while quoting the rates contractors should keep this factor in mind as the quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of the factor of onsite repair of various summer appliances.

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF STAND BY DG SETS UNDER GE KOTA

Material and labour for servicing/overhauling and 'B' checks comprising of the following for generator lubrication system of under mentioned DG set engine and alternator & AC Generator: - (i) M&L for replacement of engine oil of 15W 40 conforming to CK 4 APL Category. (ii) M&L for replacement of lubricating oil filter elements (iii) M&L for renewal of super lub oil by pass filter elements (iv) M&L for cleaning/change crank case breather (v) M&L for checking of aneroid oil & cooling system. (b) Fuel System : M&L for renewal of fuel filter elements, oil change breather, throttle linkage, Air piping (c) Cooling System : M&L for renewal of coolant in radiator, check heat exchanger, nuts/bolts, adjust injectors and valves, M&L for renewal of tappet cover gasket. Note : (i) The servicing/overhauling & 'B' checks of DG Set shall be carried out through the original equipment manufacturer's authorised dealers or their Auth service centers only. (ii) Cost of Engine oil, all type of filters i.e. fuel filter, bypass filter, oil filter, coolant, breather, air pipe, tappet cover gasket to be included in the quoted rate.

(c) Retrofit device is to be installed in the retrofit device. (d) No soot is to be collected in the retrofit device. (e) The device including enclosure should include an Oxidation chamber and Passive Regeneration Trap. (f) Maximum back prescribed load by DG OEMN (as per the capacity of the DG set) should be under limit and display panel to be provided for back pressure and exhaust temperature limit. TEST REPORT Certification:- Device should be ‘Type Approved’ as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit, Emission Control Devices (RECD) For Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, Dated 01/02/2022, wide pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22. Adhering to this, RECD to be ‘Type Tested’ for an equivalent kVA family as per the System and Procedure from any one of the four Central Pollution Control Board, Govt of India, recognized/ approved test agencies/laboratories as given below: (a) Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI, Pune) (b) International Centre for Automotive testing (ICAT, Manesar) (c) Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP, Dehradun) (d) Vehicle Research Development Establishment (VRDE, Ahmednagar). Note : It is mandatory to upload the type approval certificate for suitable KVA RATING (ENGINE FAMILY) with registration number & date (from one of the CPCB recognized approved labs) in Cover-1 bid alongwith the tender documents. If the contractor fails to upload the same in cover-1, the bid will be rejected at the Cover-1 stage, and the financial bid will not be opened. Labour only for attending day to day break down of DG Set of any size and capacity including complete inspection of DG set, first hand repairs such as tightening of nut bolts, greasing, checking/replacing of battery terminals, levelling of distilled water, cleaning of DG set with vacuum cleaner complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) The maintenance cost of DG set shall be deemed to comprises of cost of labour employed for the purpose, T & P used and other petty items such as cotton waste, kerosene oil, grease, nut, bolts etc. (ii) Non attending the complaint within 8 Hrs @ Rs. 2000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor. (iii) Keep the complaints pending after one day @ Rs. 4000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor. (iv) The complaint shall be generated by telephonically/Verbally by concern JE E/M or Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Spares shall be measured and paid separately. (vi) Servicing shall be carried out by the authorised dealer of Manufacturer's i.e. OEM.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.
