CONSULTANCY FOR E/M SERVICES, ESTIMATES AND RATE ANALYSIS FOR PROVN OF SWIMMING POOL AT JAKLI RC SRINAGAR UNDER GE 970 EWS

Consultancy services for swimming Pool (a) HOT WATER SUPPLY:- Preparation, submission and finalization of complete drawings, load calculation, and itemized BoQ with comprehensive technical specifications and engineering documentation for the swimming pool and thermal retention complete end to end engineering, thermal load calculation and detailed design of the swimming pool water heating with automation and thermal retention system and maintain a swimming pool temperature of 27°C (+1°C) throughout the year. The consulatant's scope includes, but is not limited to performing comprehensive thermodynamics calculation based on local ambient design temperatures, determining optimal heating capacities (KW/BTU) required to maintain the target temperature; selecting highly efficient, corrosion resistant equipment and designing the integarted hydraulics, piping insulation, electrical controls, automated freeze protection and thermal cover systems. All designs and engineering deliverables must strictly comply with the latest editions of relevant international and national codal provisions. (b) SWIMMING POOL FILTERATION SYSTEM:- Preparation, submission and finalization of complete drawings, load calculation, estimates, technical specifications and a detailed itemised BOQ for the swimming pool (25 mtr x 13.5 mtr with water depth of 1 mtr at shallow end increasing to 4 mtr at deep end with maximum 3 mtr height diving facilities) water recirculation, mechanical filteration and chemical disinfection system. The core objective is to guarantee continuous, premium water clarity and biological safety by establishing a strict water turnover period of 5-6 hours, specifically optimised for sports and competitive pools. The design must integrate the engineering, sizing and selection of high efficiency circulation water pumps equipped with strainers, mechanical pressure multimedia filters, multiport valves, automated chemical and chlorine disinfection dozers with integrated sensors, a centralised electric control panel featuring motor protection and automation, a balancing tank and a high capacity power drain system for rapid pool drainage. The consulatant's scope is not limited to these items only, it shall comprehensively encompass any and all associated components accessories, controls and ancillary items required to make the swimming pool function successfully, safely and seamlessly in its entirely, All calculations, layouts and system design must strictly comply with latest editions of all applicable national and international codal provisions.

(c) CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ELECT SUPPLY , EXT WATER SUPPLY & DG SET :-Preparation, submission & finalization of complete E&M services, load calculation, estimates, technical specifications and al detailed itemised BOQ for Central Heating system of complete area in the complex of swimming pool, water proof lighting inside swimming pool, external & intemal electrical services, external water supply services, Standby DG set, fixing plan of all other E/M equipment for swimming pool. All calculations, layouts and system design must strictly comply with latest editions of all applicable national and international codal provisions. The CHS shall be design to maintain temperature for having human comfort i.e (24°C +/- 2°C) in all time in every weather. The ambient temperature at Old Air Field goes upto -12°C in winter and hight of Old Air Field is 1655 mtr from mean sea level. (d) Preparation of estimates, rate analysis and yard stick of complete scheme as stated above priced on SSR 2020 and market. for Item No (a) to (c):-The Central Heating System, Hot water supply for swimming pool, filteration plant & all other E&M services, design, estimates will have to be got vetted from any IIT after obtaining go ahead from E/M officer in charge (E-4 section) of HQ 31 Zone & same shall be submitted for final approval of accepting officer after vetting from IIT. The cost of vetting of design from IIT shall deem to be included in quoted rates of consultant and nothing extra shall be paid for the same. The contractor shall adhere and comply with all relevent national & international codal provision along with TI 03/2010 of swimming pool by DTE of works (E-in-C Branch).
