REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF CENTRAL AC PLANT OF CAPACITY 190 TR AND CONNECTED ITEMS INSTALLED AT BISON LAB OF 6 WING AF UNDER GE (AF) BARRACKPORE

Taking down / dismantling the inlet and outlet connections of condenser (02 Nos) and pumping fresh water into the tubes of the condenser with necessary supply of chemicals (Approx 100 Kg) into the fresh water to descaling inside the tubes complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Necessary pumps required to circulate the chemicals / water to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Minimum 3 hours run of the circulation process i.e. upto the satisfaction of the engr-in-charge or complete discaling of the tubes inside the condenser.

Labour only for brushing into the copper tubes of the condenser for descaling complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Suitable brush along with suitable stick to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) Care should be taken to avoid any leakage to the copper tubes.

Dismantling / taking out the pumps for condenser water and chiller water for necessary repair and refixing after replacement of the following defective spares :- : (a) Coupling Gun Metal- 02 Nos (b) Bearing 6205 - 02 Nos ( c ) Gland packing (as per sample) - 02 Nos (d) Coupling Key- 02 Nos

Material and labour for repair of motor AHU 9.5 KW after disconnecting all electric connection including replacement metal coupling alongwith rubber bush complete including nuts/ bolts / washers, insulation, rewinding with existing gauge of copper wire and varnishing, replacement of bearing of motor (as per existing size) and complete greasing etc. and re-fixing the same after making proper alignment and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of AHU of capacity 12500 CFM, cleaning all air filters (internal), drain out pipe, re-alignment of base frame of motor & blower and replacement of V belt complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for greasing /replacement of bearing of motor inside the cooling tower by opening the top cover of cooling tower and taking out motor for repair and replacement of unserviciable bearing including re-fixing after repair and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Quoted rate shall be included for transporation of motor from central AC plant to workshop for repair and return to plant after repair.

Supply and fix in repair internal oil filter of AC plant of existing size including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair external oil filter of AC plant of existing size including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair driver core of existing size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling compressor oil after carefully opening the feeding pipe to compressor including drain out the used compressor oil and clean the feeding pipe with good quality chemicals to descaling the pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging refrigerant gas R134A in the chiller plant and check the required pressure complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i). The charging should be leak proof and to be filled with special tools and techniques. (ii) If any leakage is found in the pipe carrying refrigerant should be made leak proof by insulation by the contaractor at his own cost..

Material and labour for cleaning the cooling tower properly by scrubber form inside and outside, taking out all sludge, rust etc with chemical complete as directed and replacement of fins ( 307 boxes having 08 Nos fins in each box) as per existing sample and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all surface including steel ladder, servicing & greasing of motor, valve complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning, scrubbing properly to remove the scaling / sludge / algee of old surface of PCC base foundation of the cooling tower (size 10 x 10 x 1.20 meter) and apply two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair air filter 5 micron (outer) size 50x 50 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down of chiller / condensing pump motor set of 15 HP capacity from foundation after disconnecting all electric connection and replacement of metal coupling alongwith rubber bush complete including nuts/bolts/washers, gland packing (for pump), insulation, bearing of motor (as per existing size), winding, varnishing, heating including re-fixing the same after making proper alignment, greasing and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for duct insulation boards to the outside of the metal ducts size 300 mm dia containing cooled water / air .The cooled air / water can be available at comfort levels suited to building occupancy requirements complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The thickness of the insulation as per existing size to be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (ii) The insulation to be leak proof and tested in the presence of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of starter motor, complete checking the wiring and re-connect the same after repair and testing the same after replacement of the following defective spares :- (a) Replacement of contactor of capacity 32 Amp, 3 Pole, 415 Volt, AC rating 1, Type MNX 32 - 02 Nos (b) Replacement of add on auxiliary contact block (2 NO + 2 NC) -02 Nos

Supply and fix in repair thermistor sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair surface temprature sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair motor winding protection sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair outside condensor line sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair outside compressor exhaust sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair indoor evaporator temprature sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair outside/return/exhaust/supply and mixed air sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair mixed air outside air and return air humidity sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair outside air, supply air and return air flow rate sensor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair zone pressure sensor complete all as specified and directed.
