Taking down the old Unserviceable and high energy consuming existing HPSV/MH/4x14W Street Light fittings of any make or any capacity from the pole after disconnecting the electric connection carefully complete all as directed.

S&F energy Efficient 35W LED Street Light fixtures with sufficient number of LEDs, control gear and all other associated accessories and colour temperature more than 6500 ºK and conforming to protection IP - 66 and Driver compartment should be separate and its maintenance from TOP and driver should be isolated, the system luminous efficacy > 100Lumens /Watt, PF >0.95, THD <10 % and CCT 5700 K with a variation of +/- of 300 K and CRI >70. Inbuilt surge protection of 4 KV should be provided and with external SPD 10kV. The operating voltage of the Luminaire should be from 90V to 300 V with under voltage and over voltage protection. The Driver must be with phase to phase protection 400V up to 8 hours. Driver efficiency should be > 85 % and suitable for pipe dia Ø 35/40 mm on existing poles complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

S&F copper conductor cable PVC insulated three core 1.5 Sqmm (two run for Phase & Neutral) and single run 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable for earth wire (Green Colour) through and incl PVC conduit 20mm dia as per site requirment from junction box to street light, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of high mast light including of oiling greasing of wire rope and driving motor and replacement complete unsv wiring from connector to high mast light with twin core copper 6sqmm wire including of taking down old unsv connector complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of high mast tower control mechanism by greasing and varnishing of electric motor 2HP, 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz including replacement of unsv plug and socket for trouble free functioning including painting of starter panel with one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for fabrication of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 32/40mm dia medium grade GI Pipe minimum 1.5 Mtr long including fixing with 02 Nos MS clamps made out of flat iron of size 30mm x5 mm with nut bolts and washer incl painting work complete all as specified and directed Including taking down old one.
