Repairs to existing lawn tennis courts by authorised dealer of approved manufacturer with following specifications:- (a) Complete removal of exisitng synthetic flooring including bituminous macadam layers upto WBM level. (b) Levelling and rolling of WBM surfaces using 8 to 12 tonne power roller including filling of undulations with mixer of graded crushed stone aggregate of required size and crusher stone dust including watering etc to maintain proper required level all complete as directed. (c) Preparing surfaces of rolled unsurfaced water bound macadam, by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical means (air compressor) to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per Ten Sqm (Viscosity grade bitumen VG-10) complete all as specified and directed. (d) Material and labour for laying of 40mm consolidated thickness of premixed bituminous macadam laid & rolled with static roller complete to required slope as per ITF standards including using binder content 4% (Viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed. (e) Material and labour for laying of 25mm thick bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix rolled with static roller in required slope as per ITF standards using mixed brought from hot mix plant including cleaning and preparation of bituminious surfaces with bitumen primer/tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm (Viscosity grade bitumen VG-10), complete all as specified and directed. (f) Material and labour for laying of premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of coarse sand or stone dust mixed with 6.8kg of bitumen rolled with static roller in uniform slope as per ITF standards using mixed brought from hot mix plant complete all as specified and directed. (g) Material and labour for laying of Acrylic Cushion Sports Flooring (8- Layers system) for lawan tennis court with hybride waterborne PU top coat finish of make:- Deco Turf USA ( ITF Approved ), Re Bound Ace India or Laykold. Sports court flooring should be durable, required minimum maintenance , all weather suitable Eco friendly and protective against UV rays. The flooring shall consist of following layers:- (i) 2 layer of resurfacer, (ii) 4 layer of rubber coat (iii) 1 layers of Anti-skid texture base coat color (iv) 1 layer of Acrylic Non-texture top coat paint (plane paint) (v) Finally marking of court as per ITF standards & specifications. Note:- A warrenty of 3 Years shall be given by the manufacturer for cracks developement, any settlement or undulations, colour fade or any other issue that makes the play courts unsuitable for use.

S&F, in repairs, Tennis net pole 80mm X 80mm square or 80mm dia mild steel black pipe and finished with high quality PU paints with inside gear box system fixed in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1,finished the surface even & smooth, all complete as specified and directed. Make:- Metco, Tugania, Herculan.

S&F Acrylic/Fibre glass basket ball board size 1800mmx1050mmx25mm thick Make -Metco/Bajaj/Hercules/Vinex including taking down old board, raising or lowering of pole height as per ground requirement and necessary repair as required at site complete all as directed.

S&F basket ball hoop or ring 450mm dia made from 5/8" dia solid steel rod including back plate/rim & basket complete all as specified & directed including taking out existing.

M&L for welding , in repairs, upto 10 Cm length and metal to be welded is upto 20mm thick and upto 15 metres height at any position for training assets, obstacles, doors, windows, fencing etc as directed including making good surfaces with required painting and necessary scafolding, ladders, supports for welding in height, all complete as specified and directed.

S & F of 1st class hard wood in scantling, clean sawn in any position and any description as in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 1st class hard wood in repairs, to replace old and decayed timber (including piecing, scarfing, etc., of old and new timbers if required) and removing defective portions to store in scantling, clean sawn in any position and any description as in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section ( unframed work ) in any position.

Preparation of new or old wood or wood based materials of any description, or any girth and treated with two coats of creosote , complete all as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with approved shade complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Painting shall be carried out on old angle iron post , grill of security wall, posts of play courts etc.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing old damaged filling materials from joints of play courts, cleaning and forming constrction joint 30 mm deep x10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A , including site clearance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted cement concrete or plaster surfaces and painting lines, dashes, arrows and letters on pavements, play courts etc of any description not exceeding 10 cm width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

Supplying and filling fine sand in existing pit of PT section trg assest under floors or in foundations including ramming, watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

M&L for cleaning and prepration of existing treated surface of tennis/basketball court and providing two layers of acrylic synthetic paint complete all as specified,directed and as approved.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in any type of soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing depressed/sunk interlocking paver block of any thickness and shape, supply & spreading a layer of sand of required thickness and refixing the block in matching level of near by surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rubberised polished precast coloured cement concrete Interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade complete with & including 25mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling of existing damaged flooring etc complete, all as specified and directed. M&L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required and dismantling of existing damaged kerb stone complete all as directed. Returning and filling in incl, spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material out side IMA campus and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

M&L for preparation of old or new wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including rubbing with sand paper of different sizes, filler coat, including filling thinner with fine cloth and spirit lak dana polishing two or more coats up to desired finishing as directed by Engr-in-Charge all complete as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces and marking lines, dashes of any description not exceeding 10 cm width and girth with two or more coats of quick setting floor paint of approved shade on play courts all complete as directed.

Complete removing of existing treatment from concrete walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of plastered or scrapped surface of wall and applying 2.00 to 3.00 thick Asian oil based wall care putty in two coats, as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered or puttied concrete wall surface over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer plaster coat complete all as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or puttied concrete wall surface over 10cm width or girth and apply one coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer plaster coat complete all as directed.
