Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400sqm, exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep and removing the unserviceable materials /debries outside the permises not exceeding 50m away where directed by Engr-In-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaced or unsurfaced WBM surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brush for removing cracked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade at the rate of 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying premixed bituminous macadam with 4.0% (by weight of total mix) binder content using paving bitumen of VG-40 grade rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using power roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes not exceeding 30mm depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in road, etc., cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam with binder 9.8kg per 10Sqm bonded with 0.09cum of stone chipping of 6.3mm, filled up to the top level of existing road, well rammed (including supply of bitumen, premix and chippings) and compacted with power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brush for removing cracked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 grade at the rate of 5.0Kg per 10Sqm and laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-40 grade, mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber or gradient using 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for preparing bituminous road surfaces and marking/painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide, 2.5mm thick with retro reflective Thermoplastic road marking Paint of approved colour, all as per BS-3262-1989 specifications, with 8% glass beads laid in 160 degree centigrade by special applicator machine complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including removing old paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Moorum/Red bajri filling, laying, spread, including watering, rolling and consolidated to required gradient as in berms not exceeding 150mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards of size 1.50 sqm, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Road safety polycarbonate convex traffic mirror 80cm dia, encased in ABS materials, highly visible orange colour/visor for outdoor type, weather proof, brackets with horizontal and vertical angle adjustment fixed in and including 2.10m high and 75mm dia GI pipe as stand, fixed in ground with 60cm x60cm x75 cm PCC block with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and including necessary form work, earth work excavation, removal of excess soil to a distance not exceeding 50m etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos of 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia MS Pipe medium weight of 600mm height, duly powdered coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector, radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft metal net for reflector protection, including embedded in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate foundation of size 150 x 150 x 300mm complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc; complete all as specified.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made precast cement concrete solid blocks M-25 Grade, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stones of any size , laid in position to the required line, level and curvature, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:3 including marking joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curves shall not be more than 5mm) for path edgings etc.; embedded in position including making drainage opening where required and all necessary excavation, tamping ground around blocks and removal of rubbish/ surplus soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or benching etc., including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.
