Hiring of earth cutting /excavating machineries to be deployed for cutting excavation/filling/removal of snow/slips,clearnce of berms and construction of unlined drain on cost of fuel oil lubricants and wedges of operating staff, any repair during operation will be carried out by the owner at his risk and cost of the shifting machinery from one place to other at required location actual working hours will be accounted for the payment. Excavation in all kind of soil and loading in truck during the process of removal of debris/snow if required at site complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Hiring of Tipper in good condition of minimum 5.50 (Five point five zero) cubic metre carriage capacity on daily basis from 9.000 AM to 5.00PM with hydraulic facility for carriage of slips and disposal of same at suitable dumping places including P.O.L. charges and wages of driver and other opratational staff as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Conditions:- 1) The cost of P.O.L will be borne by the contractor/owner of the vehicle/machine at this own. 2) The repair etc. will be got done by the contractor at his own cost cost. 3) The daily log book will be maintained at site which should be daily verifired by the Engineer-in-Charge.
