| 1 | M & L for Servicing,of package type A/C plant of capacity 11 / 16.5 TR comprises with out door/indoor unit of make BLUE STAR by frequent visit as directed by Engr-in-charge during contract period and attending the complaints as reported and relaplacing the unserviceable parts of the machine including labour only for charging of Refrigerant gas, leak testing, Brazing the suction / discharge tubes repalce V belt where required and cleaning of Condensing unit, all strainer, Checking/repairs to sensor unit, HP/LP cut off valve for proper functioning and replace where required/ordered all as directed and testing complete on completion.
Note :- (i) Parts of package type A/C Plant of Blue Star make as required for repair/replacement shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only rate as under.
(ii)Gas will be measured and paid seperatly.
Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ as supply only.
