Construction of Anchor Block

Construction of PCC Anchor block of size 2’ x 2’ x 4’ using (1:2:4) mix @ 20 feet c/c. Job includes cost of material, labour, shuttering, tools and tackles etc. The job also includes fixing of 5mm ms strip with suitable anchor bolt to fasten the Pipe on the anchor block. Block size = 2x 2 x 4 = 0.453Cum For 15 blocks = 0.453 x 215 = 6.795 cum

Laying and Fitting charge of Raising Main from pump house to delivery point. Job includes p/f of Carbon steel nut & bolt with washer and 3mm cork sheet gasket of flange size or (any other materials best suited for high pressure leak proof joint) as per site condition. The job also includes providing and fitting of angle iron support of size (65x65x5mm) to each pipe length (6mtr.) having semi circle 10mm thick,3’’ width M S exactly the shape of pipe at the top duly welded and concrete foot base of size 1.5x1.5x2.5 feet of 1.5 feet under ground.

Dismantling and Back shifting of already existing M.S pipes of size 200mm along with all accessories likes nuts/bolts/NRV to mechanical divisional office Kurbathang kargil which includes also dismantling of pipes line .
