Fabrication and supply of M.S Materials for collapsed cable way at River Gauge Station

od40503/2021_2022/MH : Clearing grass and jungle on either banks of the river and removal of silt, zoological waste & debris etc near site, conveyance up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared including conveyance charges.

2.6.1 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.All kinds of soil

Painting and Erection of all fabricated items

od40718/2021_2022/MH : Conveying manually the fabricated structure and other materials from road side to site.

od40850/2021_2022/MH : Erection of all the fabricated items in correct position. Cost includes labour and hire charges etc.

85.115 : Cost of painting with 2 coats of enamel paint over 1 coat of zinchromate primer as per IS1477:1994 after hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges, cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

Fixing wire ropes and conducting Trial run of all system

od40485/2021_2022/MH : Fixing of 16 mm wire rope, 6mm wire rope, 4mm wire rope respectively on Tripod Tower, Runner module and fish weight including setting the runner module in correct track, alignment correction etc. and conducting TRIAL RUN of cable way after tightening the rope with turn buckle, proper lubrication etc. including cost of all materials, labour, hire of machinery etc. complete and excluding the material already supplied.
