Providing Security Services to Hanagal O&M Sub-Division office-03 Nos, Belagalpet Section-03 No.s, Akki-Alur Section-3 No.s Total - 09 Nos of Security Guards in said offices in Haveri Circle

The bidder must have a minimum experience for a period of One (01) year in providing Security services as on the date of tender notification and must have deployed minimum 50% of tendered No. of Security Guards to KPTCL/ESCOMs/any Government/semi Govt establishments/ public Sector undertakings in any one of the preceding financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 The bidder shall furnish the performance certificate issued by the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer in case of KPTCL/ESCOMs/any Government/Semi Govt establishments

The bidder should possess a valid Licence to engage in the business of private security agency issued by Additional Director General of Police,Internal security division, Bengalore or Home department Govt of Karnataka

The bidder should possess a valid Labour Licence of Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka

The bidder must not have defaulted in man power services against previous Work orders placed by KPTCL /ESCOM/Public utilities as on the last date of submission. Self- declaration in this regard shall be uploaded.Annexure-1

The bidder shall offer the full tendered quantity of man power. If the offered quantity is less than the tendered quantity such offers will be liable for rejection. Self-declaration in this regard shall be uploaded. Annexure-3

The bidder shall engage the staff employed by him are Kannadigas only and are able to Read, Write and Speak Kannada Language as per prevailing norms. A self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded as per Annexure-7

The Agency has to execute an consent letter for an agreement / tripartite agreement to abide by the terms and conditions in force in a Non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 500/- as per the bid format for a period of one year. Self-declaration for the same shall be uploaded in Annexure-4

The bidder must have a valid ESI Account, valid EPF Account as per the provisions of the Act, Permanent Account Number (PAN) GST Certificate, GST No Dues Certificate or GSTR 3B filled Details not older than 3 (Three) Months as on the last date of submission of the bid

The annual turnover in any one of preceding three financial years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24 shall not be less than 50% of amount put to tender( i.e. Rs 10.48 Lakhs.) Copies of audited balance sheets and profit & loss account for the above all the three Financial Years shall be uploaded. The Copies of Annual turnover certificate and audited balance sheet, profit and loss account duly mentioning the UDIN No and certified by Chartered Accountant. Documents without UDIN No will be liable for rejection

The bidder shall furnish the bank credit facility certificate , equal to 25% of the amount put to tender( i.e. Rs 5.25 Lakhs) from any Nationalized/ Scheduled public sector undertaking Banks. The bank credit certificate shall be issued in the name of Superintending Engineer (El), O&M Circle, HESCOM, Haveri-581110 Karnataka state, of not older than 3 (Three) Months as on last date of submission of the bid. The said Credit Facility Certificate should possess the name of the firm and tender enquiry number.(As per Annexures-5)

The bidder should upload the Income Tax Return Form ITR for preceding Three financial years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24
