Dismantling of damaged octagonal/steel tubular poles, rails and struts including excavation, restoration of surface, loading, transportation (up to 1.6 km), unloading and stacking complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & delivery of 9.0 Mtr Hot Dip Galvanized (86-65 micron. dry film thickness) Octagonal Pole, as per BSEN 10025; ASTM A572; IS: 5986: IS: 4759/2629, ASTM A123 and BS EN IS 1461 standard. The pole should be 9.0 Mtr long bottom dia-155 mm, top dia-70mm thickness-4mm, continuously tapered and shall have octagonal cross section with one top cap, necessary cleat attachment/hanger for arm brackets. Base-plate having dimension 260x260x16 mm and 4 nos 1” Type foundation bolt with DOUBLE nut and plate washer, bolt dia 24 mm , PCD- 250 mm, bolt length- 750 mm, Projected bolt length - 125 mm, these dimention are subjected to tolerance as per IS-2102 except for bending radius). The pole will consist of a built-in loop-box having one 32A 4-terminal stud type connector, one 250V 5A Kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator. It permits clear access to equipment like winches, cables, socket, etc and also facilitate easy removal of the winch. The door opening shall be complete with a closefitting, vandal resistance, weatherproof door to (IP-55 of IS:2147). providing with a heavy duty double internal lock with special paddle key. The door opening shall be carefully designed and reinforced with welded steel section , so that the mast section at the base shall be unaffected and undue buckling of the cut portion is prevented. The Pole should be supplied with adequate templates for the purpose of construction of base foundation.The pole should have earthing terminals (02 Nos) at a height of 600 mm from the base plate for connection of earth continuity wires/ conductors(Make: Transrail/Bajaj/Utkarsh)

Erection of Pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly

Supplying, installation, Testing & Commissioning of Street light LED fixture powder coated pressure die cast aluminum body finish with corrosion resistance fasteners (SS hardware) & silicon gasket for proper sealing with driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >80%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, freq 50/60 Hz, Operating temp range 0°C to 50°C and working RH 10% - 90%, internal surge protection of 5 KV internal and external SPD min. 10 KV, L, N, E as per IEC 61000-4-5. The driver rated output wattage should be 10% to 15% higher than lamp rating and at least 2 drivers for 200W & above, Driver efficiency >85%, THD <10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P.F. ≥0.9, IP66, IK08, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, high efficiency lens with Type II/III distribution as required with UV stabilized optical lens, lifetime (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) minimum 50,000 burning hours (Life projection as per TM-21 methodology) with 70% initial lumen maintained till end of life. CCT: 3000K / 4000K / 5700K / 6000K / 6500K. Maximum power consumption shall not exceed specified rating. Fixture shall conform to relevant BIS standards complete in all respects. LED chips shall be SMD mid to high-power (2.5 to 4W for 200W and above, as required), LM80 tested, complete with necessary interconnections using 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single-core copper conductor cable and earthing. Minimum 5-year OEM comprehensive on-site warranty against manufacturing defects including driver and LED module. All test reports except L80 shall be from a 3rd party NABL accredited laboratory as per BIS. Shape, size and CCT shall be as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. System lumen efficacy shall be as specified below.: 150 Watt (Make: Philips/Crompton/Surya Lighting/ eqv. make as per direction of EIC)

Supply & wiring using 3x1.5sq mm PVC insulated copper cable, meticulously routed from the loop box to the fittings, ensuring reliable electrical connectivity(Make.Polycab/Havells/MESCAB/Glostar)

Supply&Laying Al Armoured cable of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed, as per GS. 4Core 16sq.mm (Make: Havells/Glostar/Polycab/ RR Kable)
